Two year old self catering 3 bedroom apartment / condo conveniently situated just off the US Interstate 192. It's a simple 10min direct drive in the car to Main Gate Disney, a real boon for those not used to driving in the U.S. For those days that you don't fancy doing the cooking, about 2 mins away you will find Steak Houses, Chinese, Fast food restaurants, a Waffle House and even Joe's Crab Shack. You will also find the obligatory all you can eat breakfast place. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket practically on the doorstep which is 24hr. There is a clubhouse, which has an Internet room. A superb gym for use of Club Cortile guests. A really smashing pool. The apartment has a King-size bed in Bedroom 1, with a TV and an en-suite bathroom. A Queen-size bed in Bedroom 2 and twin beds in Bedroom 3. Free national calls on phone, broadband connection washing machine and dryer. In short, perfect accommodation for your holiday.

It is on the corner of the building making it slightly larger that the other condo's within the building . . . . other than the condo on other corner. If a child high chair is required, I can organise one to be in place with the management company for your arrival.

Great place to call home away from home!

My family planned a week vacation to visit the Disney parks and take a couple of days just to relax as well. This condo was perfect for both. I was very impressed with how clean and spacious it was. The location was perfect.....it took us less than 10 minutes to get to the park and many stores and restaurants are even closer. Steve was wonderful to work with and went the extra mile to set our minds at ease about renting from someone you have never met. We hope to visit again soon and will definitely contact him again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

There is so many wonderful things to say about this condo that I could be here all day listing them. Quiet area, beautiful Condo, Lots of space, felt like home. Our family was very impressed with the condo and will be renting again. The one thing that I was worried about that I'm sure may are also worried about it that this couldn't be a scam. Steve is very honest and I would rent from him over and over again. Communication was wonderful if I had any question Steve was right there with the answers, and a very understanding person. IF you are heading to Orlando this condo is in the best location to do everything and easy to get to.
One of the best thing if you are handicap the packing space is right out side the door this was a plus for my family since my parents are both handicapped. NO STAIRS.
I want to thank Steve for the wonderful stay and I hope to speak with him again soon about next year.

Very Well Pleased!

This condo was very nice, with an office in the front of the complex. It was in a quiet sub, with parking. It had plenty of room for sleeping, plus washer and dryer. It was like being home, very neat and very clean. It's on the ground floor and has easy access for the handicapped. It also has a small screened in porch, where you can sit and have a quiet cup of coffee.
There's a Sam's club on the corner, plus a super Target close by, also a Wal-Mart with easy access. Going to Disney was easy, didn't take long to get there, or back at the end of a long day in the parks. You have your choice of restaurants of all kinds, which are close by.
All of the above was great, but the most important thing that was very impressive to me, was the fact that the owner kept in contact with me, via email and telephone. He made sure everything was in order, before and after I got there. This condo has easy access to and from the Orlando airport.
We spent 11 nights there, this was my first time renting from an owner. I have already recommended this property to my family and friends for their Disney vacation.

My family and I loved this house it was really well equiped with everything you need even hair straightners in the bathroom.The rooms were very spacious and spotless.
I could not fault this holiday home atall ideal for everyone.
Beds were comfy and large,lots of wardrobe space and lots of mirrors.
We was 5 mins from Walmart and in short driving distance to all local attrations.
Lovely clean swimming pool and hot tub.
We all had a great time would recommed to anyone and everyone,we would definatly go back and stay in the same place.

An enjoyable stay

My family and I spent our usual summer holiday at this property and it was extravagant. We were exhausted after a long flight and it was nice to be greeted with a property that was clean and well-maintained. It provided a comfort to all especially the children. It was conveniently equiped with internet service. The owner provided assistance if there were any queries and always kept in contact . When we got there, we could always call on Heather. The appliances were in good condition and were provided with a vaccum, mop and broom which was very helpful as we had our kids. I hope to stay at this property again but this time it would be for a longer stay.
