The maisonette is located in a quiet private estate surrounded by lawns and trees. The sitting room has direct access onto a sunny communal lawn. Within the grounds there is off road parking facilities.

The masionette is a 5 minute walk from the Southfields Distirct Underground Station which connects you easily with the rest of London and all that it has to offer; very regular bus routes to Clapham Junction rail line (via Putney), Richmond & Wimbledon. It is close to a useful selection of shops, pubs & restaurants, Wimbledon Park (public tennis courts, boating lake), Wimbledon Common (horseriding), the world famous All England Lawn & Tennis Club & its museum, the lovely Wimbledon village with its great selection of boutiques, pubs & restaurants & Wimbledon town centre with its cinemas, theatre & shops.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For extra nights, charge 100 / day. Please note the property will be professionally cleaned and linen is prepared and organized for your arrival. Guests are expected to leave the house in a similar condition as it was on arrival.
    On agreeing a booking we will ask you to complete a booking form and pay 30% of the booking's value in order to secure the booking. Full balance is due EIGHT WEEKS before your arrival date and we reserve the right to re-let the house if the balance is not paid by this date. On receipt of this payment we will send your ARRIVAL INFORMATION with details of and who to contact to obtain keys etc.If paying by credit card, please add a 2% credit card fee - debit cards or cheques are free-of-charge.
  • We also ask for a security deposit of £100 against damage and leaving the house in an unacceptable state. This is payable with the final balance. This will be returned one week after your departure less any deductions due. Any additional cleaning time to clean up unusual mess that one would not normally leave behind in one's own house will be charged at GBP 10 / hour and taken off the security deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy: If Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesn’t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs (excluding cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible:
    - up to 49 days before rental period: 10 % of rental price
    - up to 35 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
    - up to 21 days before rental period: 60 % of rental price
    - up to 14 days before rental period: 90 % of rental price
    - Less than 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price.

    The Advertiser can thereafter let the property to someone else.

This is an excellent quality maisonette with all the facilities we needed during our stay in London. It is in a good location, close to transport links into central london and with local shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The owner/agent provided a great service before and during our stay.
Thouroughly recommended and we'll be staying again.

This property is in an excellent location, situated in a quiet street and only 5 minutes walk from the tube station. The property is clean and bright and well furnished. Everything is supplied - from cleaning agents to umbrellas - you do not have to bring a thing. We felt safe and secure in this lovely suburb. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked evening meals regularly. The owner/agent provided a great service and Jodie was there to meet us on arrival, as arranged, with keys. We also made use of the wireless internet and telephone. I would happily rebook this house for any future visits and would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

This was the perfect apartment for my family. It was so nice to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. It was clean, modern, and the wireless Internet was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

A great address for a London trip

The maisonette is a very comfortable and nicely arranged home for a visit of London. We enjoyed our time here very much. The house is fully equipped with all necessary tools; it provides a homely atmosphere and enables a relaxing stay in this wonderful city. Its location in walking distance to the tube about 20 minutes from the city centre provides fast access to all attractions but also gives the opportunity to enjoy the country side of London. We highly recommend this beautiful maisonette for all who like to enjoy private atmosphere during vacation with very friendly management. We will recommend to friends and hope to come back in future.
