*We DO NOT rent for Prom Weekends or Senior Weeks.*

Our townhome is located on the beach block. Only steps to the boardwalk. It is a spacious three floor vacation home. The first floor has a den with sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. The main floor has a livingroom, kithchen, bedroom, powder room and a laundry room. There is a spacious deck off of the livingroom. The third floor has a master bedroom with a full bathroom - double sink and shower, a bedroom with bunk that sleeps 3, a queen bedroom and another full bathroom. We have parking for two cars and have wireless internet. Lots of space so that you aren't climbing on top of each other.

We only rent to guest age 25 and over.

We are located on 24th Avenue. It's just a half block to the North Wildwood boardwalk and the beach is just beyond that. There are no beach tags required to visit the beach. One of the three Morey's Piers is just a block away on 25th Ave. There are many great places to eat on the boardwalk. Bike rentals are available at 24th and Boardwalk. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs at 24th and the beach. Friday night fireworks can be seen from 24th and Boardwalk.

This was a wonderful house. It was very clean, it had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of blankets and pillows. The den was like having a 5th bedroom. Great location. The owners were great to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Our family loved the place! It was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We comfortably slept 11 people (including kids). Everyone had plenty of room. You could not beat the location! Beach block and the Boardwalk was right there..very close to Gateway 26 and Sam's Pizza (the kids' favorites!) We would highly recommend this house. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay there again!

Thanks Again for the house. The place was great. Great location and plenty of room. We would love to rent from you again next summer for two weeks if possible. Please let me know when you'll know what weeks you will have available. I'm not going to wait until the last minute this time.
