We spent the weekend at this wonderful place - it actually looks even better than what the pictures show. The views to the waterfront are really what we were looking for !

We stayed at this property while visiting our Midshipman for his birthday. We also toured Washington and Baltimore with our exchange student and younger children. The property is very close to the Naval Academy and convenient to both DC and Baltimore, yet quiet and secluded.
The house is beautiful inside and has a great deck and yard with a dock. It would be a perfect setting for a Naval Academy Commissioning week stay.
Seven of us were able to fit comfortably in the house. The master bedroom was spacious and relaxing with a very comfortable bed and large tub with jets.
The kitchen was fully equipped, adjacent to a large dining room. The gas lit fireplace was a nice touch while relaxing in the large living area.
The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The owner even met us in Baltimore with an extra house key after we managed to lock ourselves out.
I would definitely recommend this property for Naval Academy families or anyone visiting the area.

Secluded, Roomy and Beautiful!

We stayed in this lovely home during USNA Parent's Weekend. Great location... just minutes drive to USNA. Very roomy for our 6 family members and excellent for entertaining more family that visited. We enjoyed the secluded, quiet location overlooking the water and passing boats. Lots of open space - great floor plan for socializing and celebrating. We hardly used the loft or dining area... which provided us even more space. The decor and furnishings were very modern and clean. Outside stairs were a bit hard for our older parents, but the downstairs master suite was perfect for them. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, enjoyable visit in the Annapolis area!

Awesome House

We rented this house for our wedding weekend in Annapolis. It has stunning view of the waters. Great for pictures. The house is beautiful. Hardwood floors, kitchen is well equipped. The rooms are wonderful. The living room had a very nice fireplace. All you have to do is get groceries. Its very convenient to all the shops and downtown area. The landlord is very easy to work with. We used the house for the bridal party prep area, for hair and makeup. We are still waiting on pictures and for sure will all be beautiful. We had out of town guests who stopped by the house and they were amazed on how picturesque the whole property is. We will definitely rent this house again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting our USNA Midshipman (as a heads up for other USNA families, the drive to/from the Academy took between 5-10 minutes depending on traffic). The rental was nicely decorated, very clean and owner was a pleasure to work with and rent from. The water view was spectacular with a morning cup of coffee and our family even fit some time in to head out to the dock to do some crabbing. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Nice large yard for kids to play. Great deck and outdoor seating for a BBQ. We would recommend to friends/family looking to stay in Annapolis, but outside of the hustle/bustle of downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
