Stylish apartment that will make you feel like at home. That apartment has a unique atmosphere with its originals walls and it’s fully covered with parquet. The American kitchen and the big living room gives you one unique space to share time and conversation when someone is cooking; in the living room there is also a bright balcony that gives you a open door to the city.
The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave-oven, toaster, washing machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equipped with shower headroom's. The living room has a special touch equipped with FLATTV 32” and a Sony PlayStation2 with games used as DVD and a comfortable sofa that can be used as two single beds if necessary. The apartment offers also the ADSL high speed wifi INTERNET access. (Bring your own laptop) It has 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and with a wardrobe to put all your clothes.

To go to the beach from the apartment is very easy and very well connected. In 10-12 minutes you can be in the beaches of Barcelona.
Just take the bus Nr 64 (BARCELONETA -PEDRALBES)( at 300 meters from the apartment) in the parallel street (300m) and after 10 stops you can descend and you will be in front of the beach.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Joan ist seriös, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sonnig, absolut ruhig - unbedingt ein Vorteil in dieser wuseligen Stadt - und dennoch zentral: zu den Ramblas läuft man ca. 8 Minuten, zwei Metro-Linien sind um die Ecke. Wir haben einen Monat dort gewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden

I stayed in Barcelona for a month and it was great having this apartment to come home to. It has all amenities, was nicely designed, and was in a great location. I dealt with a great guy named Joan who was very accommodating and advised me on general knowledge of the town. It has a balcony. It was great being able to step out in the morning to feel the sun shining. In my opinion, it was better staying at an apartment like this versus a hotel because you feel more at home as if you were a local. The metro was very close but you probably wouldn't need it because everything is walking distance. In my opinion, it is in a central location.Restaurants, supermarkets, farmacias, and locuturios are all nearby. My favorite spot, Montjuic Parc, was nearby and great to go to on the weekends. I would definitely recommend staying

I stayed in this nice apartment with four of my friends and we all were so glad to have this place. It's an apartment that is well-cared for and also well equipped. It only takes a few minutes to get to the next metro station or even the center of Barcelona. That was great!!

I stayed there in December 4 nights. It was so great! The apartment was so luxurious. I felt there nearly better than in my flat at home. Everything was clean. Was so comfortable to stay there. Also a metro station is close to the apartment. A walk to the 'rambles' takes only a few minutes. If I come back to Barça one day, I will try to stay in this apartment once more again!
