You MUST check out the Owner's Bathroom! First there is the LARGE Jacuzzi with JETS, with room for two, of course AND a HUGE shower that features real, River Rock flooring, lots of glass block, tile floors and so much more.
The owner's retreat is refurbished with a new King Sized Bed, high count sheets and great views. As soon as your eyes open in the morning; there it is, the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
The Kitchen is special as well, with the tile counter tops and back splash, tile floors, beach views and even built-in spice racks and other amenities. You arrive a cook and depart a chef.
Naturally, being an oceanfront home, the desk was not overlooked, but more attention to detail.

The location is perfect! Drive about 10 minutes south and you can visit the 'Oldest City in the United States' and the famous, Castillo de San Marcos, the locals just call it, 'The Old Fort'. Lots of fantastic restaurants in St. Augustine. Oh, by the way, there are 3 wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes of the beach house.
If you drive about 15 minutes north, you can visit Ponte Vedra, here too is fantastic restaurants, including the famous upscale, Ruth's Chris Steak House and others.
ALL Realty Quest Vacation Home Rentals have washers and dryers and All linens are supplied… just bring a tooth brush and toiletries and a change of clothes. You get a nice starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry, hand, body, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and other supplies.
