Welcome to Destination/Relaxation
This property has two beautiful log cabins joined together by a tree covered wooden deck, perfect for family time. This is old southern living at its best, tucked away in its private mountain setting located in Wears Valley, the quiet side of the “Smokies”. They are conveniently located to nearby Pigeon Forge, Townsend as well as Gatlinburg.
These cabins have been recently updated to include new kitchen appliances and each cabin is fully furnished with large dining tables and comfortable furniture. There are new flat screen tv's throughout with free wifi for your family's enjoyment.
One cabin has four bedrooms and the other has two. Each cabin has a full basement with game room which includes pool table, ping pong table as well as foosball game. There is also comfortable bedding in both basements for plenty of guests. The basement is the perfect hangout for kids and adults alike.
These cabins have it all, large comfortable accommodations, plenty of flat parking, a gorgeous scenic view as well as plenty of peaceful privacy. Be sure to bring plenty of coffee to enjoy in the rockers on the porch or a late night dip in the hot tubs. So come stay at Destination/Relaxation and unwind in the beauty of the ”Smokies”.

Great place for groups

We had a wonderful time at our stay and having two cabins worked perfect to have our youth girls in one and boys in the other. The water smelled very bad like sulfur/sewer in the showers and hot tubs. There is not ample kitchen supplies in each kitchen. One stove only had one rack so we were limited to how much we could cook for such a big group of 26 kids. Although the trip was a great success our biggest complaint was the directions. We had 6 cars and a van and we all got lost several times trying to locate the cabin. The leaves had completely covered the road so we could not even tell there was a road there and then we slid down the steep hill due to wet leaves in the rain. It was quite scary driving and finding this cabin, but once you are there it is good. We had plenty of space for everyone.

Wonderful BUT Proceed with caution

We stayed in two cabins next to each other and had a great time. The cabins are well equipped with game rooms, wrap around porches with lots of rockers for visiting and enjoying the view, and plenty of room for our family of 18. But be warned, the roads to get there are winding and so steep that one of our group’s van could not get up the last hill without bottoming out. We hit an unmarked pothole/washout at the edge of the road that was about a foot deep causing damage to the van. I reported this and was told that road maintenance is the responsibility of the HOA and County, and was assured it would be reported to them, but the whole road experience put a bit of a damper on an otherwise wonderful trip.
