Mariner's Watch is the perfect place to spend a quiet beach vacation with your family on Kiawah, with direct beach access, comfortable accommodations and direct ocean views.

Located just 40 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, on Kiawah's East Beach, Mariner's Watch is within a short walking distance to Night Heron Park, the Sanctuary hotel, shopping and many restaurants. And talk about proximity to the beach...this villa is so close that you'll be able to enjoy reading a book on the deck while watching your kids build sandcastles on the beach!

Mariner's Watch offers you ocean views throughout the villa. The villa's wonderful new floor plan surrounds you with ocean views in the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room to create one big family area for all to enjoy.

The Master bedroom offers superb views of the ocean from the king-sized bed.

This suite includes a 26'' Wide screen flat-panel TV/DVD, a large private bathroom with a double vanity, a HUGE walk-in tile shower and lots of closet space.

Just down the hall, the second Master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a 26'' wide screen flat-panel TV/DVD, plenty of closet space and a private connecting bathroom (with a shower/tub combination).

The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a 26'' wide screen flat-panel TV/DVD, a large closet and a private connecting bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Each bed is complete with pillow-top mattresses, Egyptian-cotton sheets, feather pillows, feather comforters and duvet covers. This villa is also fully furnished with handwoven wool rugs, full-sized washer/dryer, utensils, pots and pans, stainless steel appliances, CD player (filled with CDs) and FREE wireless internet access (just bring your laptop, iTouch, etc). The beach is just a few steps away!

Mariner's Watch accommodates up to 6 people.

Everything You Need.

Fabulous Condo! Great location - right on the beach. The weather was a little chilly but even from inside we still felt like we were on the beach. The owners were very attentive and the Condo had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and we had more then enough room. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. This is our 3rd year at Kiawah. The 1st year we stayed at The Sanctuary, last year we were in a house on the golf course, the location this year can't be beat! We will be back again (hopefully at this Condo). Loved riding bikes and jogging through the neighborhoods and on the beach. We will have to work on our golf game so we are worthy of the courses. Had a wonderful dinner at the Atlantic Room and Jasmine's Porch.

Our favorite beach home away from home

I had to track down this condo after it changed hands from a management company to VRBO, but it was well worth the effort. We finally found the right place for our family on Kiawah during our fifth annual visit to the island. We love the location with direct access to the beach and close proximity to the nature center. The comfortable beds and modern amenities make all the difference. Even the games helped provide entertainment during our two rainy days. Thanks for sharing your villa with us!

We have traveled to Kiawah a number of times over the years. 4218 Mariner's Watch is now our favorite place to stay with the gorgeous ocean view and spacious, comfortable interior. We particularly enjoyed seeing the beautiful deer that greeted us as we arrived. We look forward to our next visit.
