Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-patio property with OCEAN VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM !

FREE USE OF OUR TWO-PERSON KAYAK located in the Dana Point Marina is included with this vacation property rental!

Walk down to the beautiful Strands / Salt Creek Beach from this lovely 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 patio, ground floor unit in Niguel Beach Terrace. Sorry, this is a NO PETS ALLOWED property. We do have other units that allow well behaved dogs.

This upgraded unit has a California King bed and a private patio that overlooks the ocean in the master, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen bed in bedroom 3. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, a phone (for local calls only), Internet, ceiling fans, full sized washer/dryer in the unit, and 2 patios.

The community of Niguel Beach Terrace is located at the bluff, with walking access down to the beach (at the north side of the parking lot). There is a lovely swimming pool and spa, plus a separate more private spa.

The community: Dana Point is a hidden treasure! Easy access to the 5 freeway, theme parks, shopping, restaurants, and some of the prettiest beaches in the world!

Walk from your condo down to the beautiful sandy beaches, or take the Funicular down to the sand.

Walk over to the Ritz Carlton for cocktails, or catch a ride up to the St. Regis Hotel in Monarch Beach.

The Dana Point Marina and Harbor are located just over the hill, with lots of wonderful restaurants and water activities: Fishing, whale watching, dolphin safari, etc.

Cleaning $125

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • All of our 3-bedroom units rent for $1200-$2400 weekly depending on the property and the season
  • TAXES are included in the quoted rates.

    3% service fee (that's what the credit card company charges us) if you choose to pay with a credit card or debit card. There is no service fee with a check or bank transfer or direct deposit to Bank of America, Chase, or Wells Fargo.

    Your $500 security deposit, minus the housekeeping fee, will be refunded after the housekeeper has verified the condition of the property. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit is not refunded unless we're able to rebook those dates.

    Ask about last minute discounts, or longer term discounts for stays of 2 weeks or more! During the summer, we offer an additional 10% off any rentals of 14+ days.

What a perfect house! We had enough room for everyone and the house had all the beach gear we needed. We loved having the ocean views and easy access to the beach. My 4 year old loved the heated pool and the short drive to Disney Land.

I looked at condos in many locations in Dana Point and San Clemente and this was my favorite complex. It is located on the West side of the highway, with a park and ocean view. Parking was never a problem for visitors, unlike at some of the gated complexes nearby. I am not sure how the architect configured it, but there are ocean views from nearly every room in this unit. The 3 bedrooms were larger than I expected for a vacation rental, and easily accommodated visiting family during my 4 week stay there. The unit is stock-piled with everything you need in ample quantities, towels, linens, beach equipment, kitchen stuff, even laundry soap and bathroom supplies. The comfortable living room sofa was my favorite spot to watch the sunset, when I was too lazy to walk 50 steps across the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean condo with views that deliver

I stayed here with my husband for a weekend rental. I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is in a great location across the street from the beach and just a short walk to the pool. It was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The sunset view was incredible and I just loved the path across the street where we walked at dusk. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Our favorite was Salt Creek for dinner and Fred’s for lunch which is a fun casual mexican food restaurant. I also loved that it is on the bottom floor so you don't have to walk upstairs with the groceries. Big plus for me! I would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommended!!

Just got home from three days and two nights in Dana Point. Loved the rental unit, loved the location, loved the sunsets, loved the Salt Creek Beach. And thank you to the property manager who brought over a new BluRay DVD player for us - appreciate it!

Super happy with our winter 2012 vacation with the kids. The condo had everything we needed, and the location was super. Our teenagers would go down to the beach, and John and I would sit on the patio and relax. Very nice!
