Enjoy all that the Island has to offer, from shopping and dining in town, to a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking or biking. Nearby, you can take in a day at the beautiful beach in Town Park, where you can also rent canoes and kayaks.This spacious, comfortable home includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen beds and a washer/dryer. In-floor heat provides warmth on chilly nights, or, you can nestle up to the gas fireplace. Cook out on the outdoor grill, and later enjoy the night sky while gathered around the firepit. The island awaits you.

  • Well behaved pets are welcome. There is a $40 per pet fee. Refundable security deposit of $300. Deposit of 50% due within 7 days of booking to secure reservation. Balance plus 12% tax and security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days prior, deposit less $50 fee. Less than 30 days no refund unless property is rented. Check in Saturday 3:00 pm check out Saturday 11:00 am. Payment by echeck preferred, also accept checks or money order , MC, Visa or Discover.

Late Fall on the Island

The house was perfect for a few day getaway with my mom and our two dogs. The house is fairly isolated and surrounded by woods, which the dogs loved. Many places on the island were closed this late in the season, so having a kitchen was very useful. We did some hiking, made use of the movies and board games in the house, and had a very relaxing stay. Everything was clean when we arrived and the owner was easy to work with.

We had a great stay

We were thankful to have a house to stay in as it was supposed to rain our entire stay while on Madeline Island. We were pleasantly suprized that it was beautiful and sunny each day. The house is very roomy, plenty of space for our family of 4. The house is on the northern side of the island, in the country. We loved this aspect as we really wanted to get away and unplug from the world. The house has a roomy livingroom, nicely stocked kitchen, and large bedrooms. Would stay here again if going back to the island. The landlord is very accomodating and answers questions very quickly.

Girls Only Weekend!

We stayed at this property for a Girls Only weekend. Very comfortable bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Nice open concept with kitchen/dining/living room area. We enjoyed a campfire, took several long walks & bike rides down North Shore Drive. Everything is on one level and plenty of room outside near the house for hanging out. Short drive or bike ride away to Big Bay Town Park for some beach time. Owners were VERY accomodating and easy to work with. We would definately stay here again!

Everything i needed

I had a very good time on my vacation. It was nice to have everything i needed in the house. From bedding to all the utensils in the kitchen. It was especially nice to have a nice selection of movies for my children to watch. The house was clean and i had no problems. It was very secluded but close enough for all the island activitys. The island was beautiful with pleanty of things to see and do.

This was a roomy, airy two bed/two bath home. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and also roomy. There were air conditioning units but we got by with open windows and ceiling fans and enjoyed the sounds of the woods. Grounds were nicely mowed keeping the bug population down. It was a quiet, serene setting close to both the Town and State Parks with their beautiful beaches. We received a welcome email from the owners detailing things available in and around town. All of their observations were spot on. We had a contact person on the Island whom we had no reason to contact. Our only disappointment was that the screened in porch was not really usable space but the indoors space was more gracious than we had imagined/expected.
