LOVELY CHALET IN PRIVATE COMMUNITY

On the 2nd floor there is a large 12' x 16’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view of the outdoors through the chalet windows. The loft has a pool table and a 32' TV. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor just off of the loft area.

The outside of the home has a 10'x 32’ deck with a gas grill. We provide outdoor patio furniture and a 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. There is also a nice size side and back yard area.

The house is located 5/10 mile to the Beach & Lake.

The home is a 10 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. The house is a 10 minute drive to the New H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Brier Crest Woods is a private non-powerboat lake that permits fishing, row boats, canoes and sail boats. We are located ½ mile from the beach. Briar Crest has a private sandy beach for your swimming enjoyment.
