House, 4 Bedrooms (each with Q or K bed, +3 air matt), 3.5 Ba (max 8 adults)

Beachcombers Paradise, a spacious Private Beach home right across from the private beach centered in the Perdido Key State Recreation Area. Decks on all 3 levels offer views of water in every direction. Split plan has 2 bedrooms and one living room/entertainment area with wet bar on each level. Main floor has open living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms with decks and shared bath.

A large deck with gas barbeque opens off the kitchen, and with steps leading down to the covered decks and guest boat dock (boat ramp available nearby), outdoor beach shower, and half bath at the ground level. The 3rd floor has 2 master suites, a stunning entertainment lounge with panoramic ocean views and wet bar, laundry with private decks off each bedroom, as well as a huge entertaining deck off 3rd floor lounge. There are two enclosed garages and ample off street parking. A dumbwaiter and separate inside and outside stairways offer easy access from the rear of the home.

All rooms are have upscale furnishings and the kitchen is ready for the gourmet guest. Digital cable TV on Flat Screen TV's and high speed internet and wi-fi, and the entire house is wired with a digital stereo system having speakers inside all rooms and all outside decks.

Walk across the street 100 ft to the beach boardwalk through the State Park/Protected habitat to white sandy beach, complete with a variety of shore birds, colorful seashells and waves for wading, surfing or boogie boarding. Boat dock accommodates boats to 40 feet with water-skiing and jet-skiing in old river at end of canal. The beach is a great location for a private beach wedding!

Calendar is updated regularly. No Pets. Must be min 30 years old to make reservation.

This location is the best kept secret, close to Orange Beach activities but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Our beach is virtually private as its 2 miles from either public beach access point.

Our home is on Perdido Key, and wonderful stretch of beach in between Pensacola and the Florida/Alabama state line that is relatively uncrowded, yet close enough to all the fun acivities and restaurants. Our home is the front most house in Perdido Key Coves Subdivision, looking right across Perdido Key Drive on to the Private Beach access for the subdivision leading to a wonderful beach in Perdido Key State Park.

We stayed at this rental property over our thanksgiving break and it was perfect! Our initial impression upon arrival was a positive one. The house was very clean and the views of the beach were wonderful. We had a huge amount of space which makes it so much nicer than staying in a small condo! With teenagers...space counts! The kitchen was big and we had plenty of room for our groceries and snacks. The owners of the property were very helpful and prompt with our questions before booking. The beaches were not crowded and the kids had plenty of space to run and play on the beach! This was our first time renting a beach house and after staying here we never want to rent a condo again. We will definately come back to this house again!!

Relaxing and Fun

So relaxing our family brought our boat and I fished in the morning while my wife and kids went to the beach. In the afternoons we tubed. Talk about relaxing never got in the car the whole week.

I enjoyed my stay in this home very much. The house provides many great views of the beach and is very comfortable. The beach is gorgeous and is never crowded like the beaches near condos. There are many great restuarants and things to do just a short drive away. I can't wait to visit again!

Romantic Valentines Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a romantic break over Valentine day weekend. The home was spacious and the views wonderful. We walked on the beautiful beach and saw many types sea birds that happily shared the beach with us. We will return with the rest of our family this summer. What a great location, close to the beach but away from the crowded condo traffic.

Great Rental with Awesome Views and Amenities

We stayed at this location for a week, and we wil definately be returning. The house was modern and very clean. The view was amazing and the house was close to everything. The Florabamais right donwn the street. Condos cost more than this house and it was a tremendous value. We are recommending this house to friends and family. I just wish I was on commisison.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed. To be accurate though, Floribama is 3.6 miles east, so its conveniently close, but not so close that you are near the crowds and traffic there, near the condos.
