Coming soon - Clubhouse with roof top pool, sports bar. The apartment has been finished to the highest standards of quality and comfort. The first floor offers an open living space comprising of a modern fully fitted kitchen with granite worktop, dining area and lounge. Your breath will be taken away by the stunning panoramic sea views as you walk out onto the balcony from ceiling to floor glass doors in the lounge area. On the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms, both with fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and full length patio doors opening out onto the private terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The resort has a small mini market selling all the essentials. Alternatively there are several supermarkets, local shops and banks in gulluk. Or bodrum offers designer label shopping and street markets.

eating out in turkey offers infinite possibilities including cuisine from all around the globe. Sample the delights of the region’s cuisine from locally caught fresh fish to su böregi: layers of filo pastry baked with cheese, köpoglu: fried aubergine and yoghurt, turkish lamb kebabs and of course the meze. Don’t forget the mint tea and raki – a liqueur produced from anise.

Booking Notes:

Once your request has been received and your dates are available you will be asked to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure the booking. Final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday along with a security deposit of £150 for breakages/damages which is be refunded on confirmation from the resort that there are no damages.

For bookings made within 4 weeks of rental, all fees are payable in full
