BRILLIANT STAY!

Cannot put into words how much we enjoyed staying at Dockside Green Condos! Everything you could need was available on arrival for us at the condo and Owen and Haydee couldn't have been more helpful. The complex is in a great location for a short walk into downtown and a grocery store and other shops just up the road. There are great walks around the area with an Organic Bakery just below the building. The Condo itself was lovely to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped and the full bath which was wonderful with separate shower, very handy. With the lovely weather the BBQ was a plus! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Victoria and I will definitely be booking our next visit with them!

"BEST RENTAL EVER"

I stayed at this rental unit for 13 months while in Victoria for work. The owners are wonderful people and I do not have a single complaint about my stay. Every need I ever had was tended to almost immediately and they even came in once a month to give the place a good thorough cleaning. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and very functional for one person or a quiet couple.

The location is amazing with everything you need (Grocery, Liquor Store, restaurants, clinics, chiropractors, you name it) is no more than 2 blocks away.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be looking at it!

GREAT LOCATION IN VICTORIA

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. The location was great - only a 10 minute walk to the inner harbour. Lots of amenities close by - food store and other local stores, the galloping goose trail, and local restaurants. We used the fitness centre every day. The owners were great. They addressed all our needs quickly, even solving our problem with a soft bed immediately. We highly recommend this accommodation.

SEPTEMBER IN VICTORIA

I was sent to Victoria on business for a month and was dreading staying in a hotel week after week--eating out everyday and sleeping on crunchy mass-laundered sheets. This apartment was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable in Victoria. I couldn't have asked for a better home away from home!

The suite was tidy, well decorated and the owners were very kind and attentive--they even printed out bus schedules before my arrival so that I could navigate the city without renting a car. The spacious kitchen with gas stove was an ideal cooking space and the large tub helped me unwind after busy days in the office. The complex's gym facilities also came in handy numerous times when the weather didn't permit a long run outside along the waterway. If you're a stickler for greener living like me, you'll appreciate the very thorough recycling facilities in the building (including compost and plastic bags) and the LEED certified construction.

The Dockside neighborhood is young, fresh and full of ammenities. With a Save-on-Foods, pharmacy, TD bank, an organic french bakery (Fol Epi), a delicious coffee shop (Caffee Fanstastico) and amazing taco restaurant just 1 1/2 blocks away, it's easy to stay within a 4 block radius when living at Dockside. Nevertheless, the picturesque 10 minute walk downtown across the Johnson St. bridge to do a little shopping was hard to resist. Quiet yet close to all the action, this apartment is the perfect place to stay if you want to really enjoy your time in Victoria. I would certainly recommend this property to any person looking to spend some quality time on the Island.
