Set only 300 meters from the sea within beautifully maintained gardens the property features 3 bright, spacious, air-conditioned apartments with beautiful garden and a detached villa with a its own private pool, each with a large terraces that open to breathtaking sea views.

Istria, Croatian Tuscany on the sea is one of the most popular areas to visit in Croatia. Served by 5 airports and located just at the boarder to Slovenia it is easily accessible by both car and air. Ravni is located on the east coast only 20 minutes from the well-known resort Rabac. From rich cuisine, tennis and surfing to shopping as well as untouched nature - it is all right here, minutes from the residence. The area enjoys typical Mediterranean climate. How to get to us? Once in Labin drive to the Old Town and pass straight through the main square. Keep driving straight. You will pass the cemetary on your left, keep going straight. After several minutes there will be a sign for Marina where you need to turn left. Keep following directions for Marina and Ravni - at the T junction with a small chapel the Marina direction will go the the left while you need to turn right and follow sign for Ravni. You will pass village of Crni and arrive in Ravni. Our villa is on the left.
