Costa Rica’s first national wildlife reserve is located a short distance to the south, at the tip of the peninsula. Provisions are available in Cabuya, and several excellent local eateries provide a variety of cuisines. Montezuma,with its beautiful beaches, many restaurants and activities, is just three miles up the beach to the North. There are special spots to swim and explore between Montezuma and the Wildlife Reserve. Dos Iguanas was inspired by the clean and simple style of traditional Japanese architecture.The house is a sincere and successful expression of a natural philosophy that invites surrounding scenery into the living spaces.
