We began the construction on our new home two years ago and when the economy took a nose dive, we were forced to stop construction. Until we are able to finish the entire home, we turned the little house into a ''useable'' home. When you walk in, there is a living room, a full kitchen; a full bathroom; a bedroom with a queen bed and a washer and dryer. There are spiral stairs that lead to the master suite, which is the entire upper floor with a king bed, walk in closet and a very large full bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub.
From the outside it looks like a little ''chapel in the woods'' which is the name I've given it. It's approximately 1260 sq ft. Everything is brand new and it is fully furnished. It is lakefront with a deck on the lower level and a balcony off of the master bedroom. We also own the home next door and there is a large dock with two boat slips - one for each of the houses.
Further Details: We have a queen size air mattress for additional sleeping, however, I do not believe that 6 adults would be comfortable. It's best for 2-4 adults and up to 6 people if at least 2 are children.
