There are activities for people of all ages; i.e., boating, fishing, camping, skiing, tubing, canoeing, jet skiing, kayaking, golf, and wineries. Rent a boat or jet ski from one of the many rental businesses and boat up to lunch or dinner at Anna Cabana or Hunters Landing to name a few.
The Lake Anna area is a Civil War history buff’s dream vacation. Only thirty minutes to the northeast is Fredericksburg, one of America's most historic small cities. The downtown district, with its impressive array of antique and specialty shops, superb restaurants, and unique buildings dating to America's colonial period make it a must-visit destination.
Lake Anna Winery is one of the best wineries in the area. Great wine, activities, tours, etc. Another must-visit around Lake Anna.
