Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, den with sleeper sofa (Sleeps 4-6)

This charming and cozy ground-floor condo with patio is located in Ocean Walk and makes an awesome vacation spot for 2 legged and 4 legged family members. ( Limit 2 medium sized dogs) Everything you need is in this condo and you can't beat the price!!! The floors are tiled in the living area, bathrooms, and kitchen. Carpet is in the bedrooms. In the master bedroom is a king bed and TV, the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV, and the living area has a sleeper sofa and TV. The mattresses are very comfortable. Very cute decor will put you in the spirit of being at the beach. This condo is located near the back pool and duck pond. WIFI is in this unit.

Further Details: Ocean Walk is a beautiful condominium complex within walking distance of the Village, Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Ocean Walk is the best location on the Island for anything you want to do. Enjoy walking around the century old oaks with Spanish moss. Swim and relax at the two large swimming pools. The front pool is heated in the winter. There is so much green space for walking your dogs and for the kids to play. Feed the ducks at the pond. Also available are tennis courts and a kids' playground area.

Saint Simons Island beach is a great place to relax and have fun. Bring the kids, dogs, or just yourself. During low tide the sand bar offers 3-5 times the sand area to play. Come and meet some great people. Everyone is nice... you will think you have known them for years. Jekyll Island, Sapelo Island, Cumberland Island, Little St. Simons Island, and Sea Island are all close neighbors. Savannah is just an hour north and Jacksonville an hour south.

When you come to St. Simons be ready for some Southern charm and relaxation. Now you are on island time. There are great restaurants with delicious local seafood or just some good old southern cookin'. Whatever you want, you will find. Don't worry with getting all dressed up... shorts and flip flops are just fine. Now if you like dressing up, we have fancy restaurants here too. Enjoy walking on the beach with your dogs, taking a horse back ride, touring Christ Church and all the historical sites, biking, watching dolphins play, kite flying, seagulls soaring, beautiful sunsets, get some sand between your toes... just relax... no hurries, no worries. My Perfect Two Weeks

What a great condo! I have stayed in many OceanWalk condos since OceanWalk is the best location in the Village area. But this condo has become my favorite. It is immaculate, bright, beachy-looking yet functional, well-equipped, & quiet yet not cut off from seeing other activities going on in the development. I felt "at home" while I was there. I could not find a speck of dust when I arrived. It is decorated such that you don't feel overcrowded when you bring in our things. I also brought my dogs as it is one of few "pet friendly" units available in OceanWalk and much less other places on St. Simons. And only a one mile ride to the beach which is also dog-friendly and a short walk to the Village. I'm going to plan all my future vacations to SSI around the availability to this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Simmon. The condo facilities were great - tennis courts, work out room and the duck pond was fun too. It was great to be able to ride the bike all over the island. We loved it, thanks!

Excellent dog friendly condo

My mother, dog and I traveled to St. Simon's Island for a short vacation. We found Robin's condo exactly as described ! We enjoyed our stay and found Robin friendly and helpful. The condo was centrally located to some excellent shopping destinations and was within walking distance of others. East Beach was only about 1.2 miles away. The condo complex was suprisingly quiet and the other residents and renters were friendly. The condo was very dog friendly and it was nice to have a safe and quiet place to enjoy the island. It is a great afforable location to enjoy with your pets. In comparison to other rentals and hotels on the island, you can't beat the hospitality, proximity and affordability of this condo !

This condo isj just as described. I want to thank robin for all her help a very nice person to work with.
This is a great location and very clean decorated tastefully. We enjoyed watching the ducks. We definitely would return and recommend to friends. The island was beautiful and robin you are right we did love it.

GREAT VACATION DESTINATION

During the month of September 2012, we were fortunate enough to book the property at Ocean Walk, St. Simons Island.

The location was incredible, within walking distance to all the wonderful local restaurants. The beaches were clean with numerous locations. The people were friendly everywhere, always saying hello and wishing us a pleasant stay.

The condo itself was clan and well maintained. The beds were amazingly comfortable and all the amenities were well stocked. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun, with a pool on the left and a duck on on the back side of the property, it was ideal.

I highly recommend this property if you are entertaining the idea of visiting St. Simons Island, you will NOT find a better place to relax and unwind.

We are looking forward to our 2013 visit!!
