This beautiful condo located on the 9th floor is on Forth Myers Beach. Seven miles of sugar sandy beaches and lots of fun things to do. Wake up to view the sunrise from your bed.
Direct access to your seven mile beach and the Gulf can be reached by walking. This condo does not directly face any other condo, so it is extremely private.
This sparkling condo has been updated and refurnished. It is light, refreshing, and bright with its magnificent views of Bay, Gulf and Fort Myers Beach, give you so much more to look at. You'll feel refreshed and renewed after your visit. A free Wi-Fi is included in the unit.
There is a king-size bed with a new queen sleeper sofa for a third or fourth guest. A divider wall pulls out for privacy. It has all you need for an enjoyable vacation.
Directly across the street is Santini Marina Plaza, at which there are a number of stores,
including a drug store,a stationery store with a U.S. Post Office,
outlet,a hardware store,a bank, awesome restaurants, a marina with boat
rentals, gift and clothing stores,a book store, etc. Within walking distance, there is also a
public golf course further down the street. There is a trolley which
stops near our complex that takes you to Time Square., so come on down and experience it for
yourself. The fare is 50 cents. Pincher's Restaurant is four condos down with an
outside restaurant/tiki bar on the Gulf and they also have scheduled live entertainment.
The complex grounds are private and beautifully maintained with open
lounge areas by the pool and the property. There is a nice grassy
area also for children to play and barbeque available for cooking!
This condo had all the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean and very nicely furnished. It is right on the beach. It is also located across from Santini Plaza which has everything you would need including food and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasure working with Joe. I would recommend staying at this condo to anyone. We certainly will return.
We've been coming to Florida for 10 years or so and stay in many different locations along the Gulf. Fort Myers Beach is a fantastic island -- you've got a little of everything here...and this condo in Estero Beach and Tennis complex made it even better. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Everyone in the complex is very nice. The direct access to the beach was perfect and the beach was clean. Check in was a breeze.
If we ever come back to Fort Myers Beach again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Quiet building on a nice private area of the beach but still very close to restaurants and other amenities. If we’re ever back in Fort Myers again in the future this will be the first place we call.
The listing description accurately depicts this great condo. We stayed for 3 weeks and everything went off without a hitch. The condo is compact and complete, with a comfortable king sized bed and pull out sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and included coolers, umbrella, beach chairs, pool noodles, and tennis rackets/balls. There was no time when we said - "oh, I wish we had x" it was all there. The location was perfect for us: lots of options for corner stores, fruit/veg stand across the street with home made bread, pharmacy, restaurants, bars - all across the street in Santini Plaza. You can take the trolley to the 'hub' of Ft. Myers Beach if you want to, it's $.50 and runs very frequently. We walked to Lovers Key State park - crazy lady kayak rental and lessons across the street. But mostly, clean, compact, efficient, and awesome/relaxing. We did contact the landlord twice - for very minor things - and he was literally there the same day. If you rent this property, and I encourage you to do so, and you need anything - don't stew - just call Joe. He's an amazingly responsive landlord and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Joe. The description of this condo was spot on. My wife and I couldn't have been happier to stay in this condo for our vacation. It was clean, well maintained and fully stocked with towels, cooking utensils etc.
If you have any questions about the condo, e-mail the owner. He was the quickest and most responsive to my questions before our trip. I knew exactly what to expect upon arrival.
If you are looking for a vacation rental that is in the middle of Times Square this is not for you. The Beach and Tennis Club is at the very south end of FMB. We enjoyed this aspect the most because the beaches weren't crowded with people. It seemed like everyone on the south end of FMB were homeowners getting away from the snow. I can't comment on how it would be in the summer.
Check out the Santini Plaza right across the street. We had dinner, drinks and ice cream there every night. There are a bunch of different restaurants to chose from I suggest Skye's and The Fish House.
I don't believe renting a car is necessary. They have a trolley that runs up and down FMB every 45 minutes. It only costs 50 cents a person and 25 cents for seniors. Use Trip Advisor to check out other activities in the area. We did the Dolphin Tour across the street at Fish Tale Marina and deep sea fishing with Captain Tony, we loved both.

We had a great time & the condo was just as advertised. Clean & well maintained. The pool was perfect & the beach is just steps away. Everything that you need, shopping, groceries, excellent restaurants,bars/entertainment, boat rental,dolphin cruises & Tueday morning fruit market are all within walking distance. The king crab at the "South Beach Grill" in the Santini Plaza across the street was amazing. We rented a car but with the shuttle we really did not need it.
