The Meridian Plaza is a boutique building featuring all 1 bedroom units. There are 94 units in the building. 52 units are direct ocean front and 42 units are unobstructed ocean view.

We have 3 units in the building and our units rank in the top 5 units in the building, 2 DELUXE OCEAN FRONT KING SUITES, AND ONE DELUXE OCEAN VIEW KING SUITE.

Great time again

Good morning Brian,

I forgot to drop you a note to say that we had a great time in Myrtle again this year and that the condo was great. The weather started a little shaky with cold and high winds for the first 3 days but that made Cindy happy as we got all of our outlet shopping done early. The last 4 days was sunny and warm and we took advantage of the pool and the beach.

This is a beautiful condo. Me, my husband and toddler spent 3 fantastic days there. The view is great, the location is very convenient, the condo was very clean and the furniture nice. We would love to come back some time soon!

Amazed.

This ocean view property was exactly what it looked like in the pictures, possibly nicer if you can believe it. I was extremely skeptical as pictures usually beat what a property actually looks like. My girlfriend I were very pleased. I kept remarking how it felt like home, never once feeling like we were staying in a hotel but a friend's apartment. I admit that I don't have much basis for comparison but I can't imagine finding a nicer place to stay for the price.
