Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Town-home style condo with over 1,200 square feet, located in the Sun Valley Elkhorn Village.

The upper level of the condo is an open floor plan that houses the living room with a river rock wall, a gas fireplace insert and an elk antler chandelier for a rustic mountain feel. Sit in comfort on the leather couch and oversized chairs while you watch the 52 inch HD television with 300 channels, including HBO, Cinemax and Showtime.

Open to the living room is the dining room, that seats six, a bar area that will sit three, a fully furnished kitchen and the reading nook with natural slate heated flooring for your comfort.

Downstairs has a large master bedroom with a queen size bed, television and a master bathroom.

Down the hall the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and television.

The guest bath and a laundry closet are also located downstairs.

Our home has two decks, one on each level, for dining, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Our condo is walking distance to the swimming pool and hot tub, golf course and club house, tennis courts, trails and Dollar Mountain.

A free bus service for the Sun Valley/Ketchum area stops close by. This bus will take you to the Sun Valley Lodge, Ketchum or the ski lifts.

The Elkhorn amenities are available to our guest while staying at our condo. These amenities are: golfing privileges at the Elkhorn Golf Course, free use of the Olympic size swimming pools, hot tubs and tennis.

I do quite a bit of traveling and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. Also, supplies were plentiful for the little items we tend to forget. The condo is comfortable with a beautiful mountain view. For winter activities, a free shuttle picks you up right next to the driveway. A short distance walk takes you to the restaurant, pool, and hot tub. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. It would be difficult for me to imagine anyone not thoroughly enjoying their stay.

Our 4 person family needed a last minute condo in Sun Valley and thankfully I came across Manuel's listing. He was wonderful to work with and even cut us a "last minute deal"! Our family just returned from an amazing, much too short stay in this condo. In reviewing the pictures, they don't do the place justice - the condo was much nicer - new TV's, new appliances, very roomy and comfortable for all of us. We also appreciated how clean it was. We loved the privacy out back - no other condos to look at. The location was great. We will be back. Thanks for the personal contact to make sure all was perfect for us.
