2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, luxury kitchen, living room, glassed in porch, AC

The Nut Hut perfectly sleeps 4. Large pool and entertaining gazebo are directly in front. It is centrally located in Playa Guiones (8-11 minute walk or 2 minute drive) Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, surf rentals and spa treatments are in walking distance. We are proud to say our kitchen is high-end with the best fridge/stove/ blender/sink and washer/dryer for excellent value. All rooms have AC. We provide a hammock, which can be hung beautifully in the glassed in large porch surrounded by palm trees over looking the pool and 1 bicycle, ideal for cruising around Guiones. You have a storage closet and safe as well as iron bars on all doors and windows. Every Tuesday and Saturday from 6am-11am there is an organic farmers market at the pool in conjuntction with the adjacent organic store, The Village. The Nut Hut is actually a great party house.

You are a short driving or walking distance to The Yoga House and Yoga Institute, sport fishing guides and language school.

Nosara doesn't have street names, but the house is located in Section H next to an organic store called The Village and is very close to Hwy 160. It is an 8-11 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to the best beach surf-break in the area. We provide 1 hammock and 1 bicylce, which are totally adequate for getting around (even with a surfborad) in Playa Guiones. The pool is directly in front of the house and numerous surf schools and surf rentals within walking distance. The Yoga House is a 15 minute walk and the Yoga Institute and Blue Bird are a short drive. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk. There are 5 restaurants within a 10 minute walking radius. There are several language schools by bus or by car within 20 minutes.

Beach activites include: surfing, swimming, turtle watching, birdwatching, surf fishing, sunbathing.

The house was recently remodelled in 2010

Our family recently completed a 6 month stay in the Nut Hut. Simply said-this is a great home. The location is perfect. A short walk or drive to the beach, close to great restaurants and the mini-super, and next door to The Village. We really enjoyed the stocked kitchen and use of the glassed in patio. The two bedrooms upstairs have good storage, cold a/c, and very comfortable beds. There is a phone for local calls & wifi for those that want to stay connected to the rest of the world.

Additionally, the huge pool with walk-in beach access is great for cooling down and relaxing. The Tuesday & Saturday farmer’s markets are fantastic. You can pick up fresh organic veggies, homemade bread, and homemade spices all while mingling with tourists and residents of Nosara.

We are grateful for our time in the Nut Hut & think you will be too!
