The apartment can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Secure parking for one vehicle is included. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer and microwave oven are all included for your use. Premium quality Bedding and Towels are included and replenished on a weekly basis. The apartment has underfloor heating throughout. A £50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit where the apartment is not left clean and tidy.

Convenient location & comfortable

My friends and I booked the apartment for the rugby weekend. We wanted to spend three nights in Cardiff, but didn't want to eat and drink out the whole time, and therefore decided not to stay in a hotel. This was an excellent find! We arrived on Thursday and we were initially pleasantly surprised at the security of the complex (key fob access) and the allocated parking space. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, and was equipped with everything we required. The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was a bonus to have two bathrooms (an additional en-suite bathroom in the bedroom with excellent shower). We were able to make our own meals, relax with a glass of wine and have a good girlie night in! We wanted to be able to spend some time in each others company, and renting an apartment was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. There was no noise from the apartment and the area itself was quiet which was great considering it was within a 20 min walk (mind you we are all over forty, so the younger ones among you could have walked it faster!) from the town centre.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we did contact the landlord on one occasion, who was extremely helpful (and has been very pleasant to deal with all correspondence). We would definitely book again, and have highly recommended the apartment to family and friends.

A great time in Cardiff!!

This was our first time travelling to Cardiff and we were extremely thankful that we chose this apartment.

This apartment has all of the modern amenities and was comfortable for the five of us. This was also the first time that I had rented an apartment for a vacation and it was made easy with the great communication we had with Roy (thanks for that from all of us!).

The location also suited our vacation prefectly. A short walk to Mermaid Quay for a great selection of pubs/restaurants and the water ferry. The other direction, another short walk to Millenium stadium and into dowmtown.

I would recommend this apartment, we found it great.

lovely apartment

I rented this property for 5 friends and I to attend the Springsteen concert and it was ideal and exactly as described.
The great location meant we could walk to the city centre and walk home after a night out.The flat itself is very tastefully decorated with all the mod cons you'd expect. Even then inflatable bed is really comfy and is an electric inflatable one rather than a cheap flimsy one that you'd expect.
I would recommend this flat for anyone who visits Cardiff, its very well priced, the locations is perfect and the landlord is also very easy to deal with and extremely pleasant.

Very nice apartment, conveniently located

Myself and 4 friends stayed in this apartment for a weekend. We found it very clean, tidy and everything in good working order. The apartment is in a fairly new development, so some taxi drivers had trouble finding it - but I'm sure after we were taxi-ing back and forth, the local taxi companies will have it stored! (It rained the entire weekend)

The city centre is easily walkable but a taxi will take about 5 mins and cost less than £10.

As there were 5 of us, we made use of the blow up bed in the lounge - which was VERY comfortable! The shower is amazing, under floor heating very easy to work. Despite being in an apartment block, we never heard a peep out of any of the other flats.

The view from the flat is not the best, but it's a good location and if it's a nice view you're after, cardiff bay is a 5 minute walk away.

Would definitely stay heare again.

Excellent Stay

We stayed at the apartment for a six nations rugby weekend and found the location to be extremely convenient - we were less than a 15 minute walk to the stadium and didnt have to worry about parking in the city centre. In the evening a taxi to St Mary's Street (The main street for pubs and restaurants) cost about £3. In the other direction, we were about a 15 minute walk to Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay which again has great restaurants and nightlife as well as the Wales Millenium Centre.

The apartment itself was fantastic - it is brand new and really well decorated in a modern way. The photos shown are very realistic. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the second bedroom has a double bed. The whole place has underfloor heating, which is particularly nice in the bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could need and there is even a dishwasher which is very useful! There is a flat screen TV with sky and a comfortable suite in the living room. There is also an airbed and extra bedding provided so an additional 2 people could sleep on the living room floor.

Spacious, clean and new I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to stay somewhere central in cardiff. We had a lovely stay and would go back to the apartment again if we were to stay in Cardiff.
