The owners of Captain Jak’s, Erin and Lucky Ivy, traveled to Placencia several years ago. Their vacation was so magical they sold everything and purchased a small resort/hotel in Placencia where the couple created a special place to host visitors from around the world.

The special place Erin and Lucky created is Captain Jak’s, and you are invited to join their dream and create your own memories of this tropical, enchanting place called Placencia.

Choose from one of the tropical garden private cabanas, two-story cottages, and/or private villa. Captain Jak’s offers accommodations for the back packing adventurer, couples, families, and/or small and large groups.

Captain Jak’s is a quiet and peaceful place set in beautiful tropical gardens on the tranquil lagoon of Placencia. However, the property is only a short stroll to shops, restaurants, night life, and the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean Sea.
