This ocean front home offers unobstructed 180 degree views of some of San Diego's most beautiful coastline and surf spots. This home is just 2 houses South of Calumet Park in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla.
The large livingroom is filled with lots of sunlight through the sliding glass doors that open up to the Ocean Front patio. The living room includes comfortable seating, flat screen television, working fireplace, game table and newly refinished original hardwood floors.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, Ocean Views from your pillow, walk in closet and private master bath with standing shower. The second bedroom offers a King size bed with large custom closet and lots of windowns to let in the morning sun. The third bedroom is off the hall between the first and second bedroom and has two twin beds. The full size bathroom is across the hallway from the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the house off of the dining room and rather than having it set up as an office, the owner has placed a queen size bed with night stand in this room.
The patio has a glass table with six chairs and a gas BBQ, perfect for summer cook outs.
The fully equipped kitchen connects with the formal dining room that has a formal dining table that can seat up to 8 people.
The washing machine and dryer are located in garage. Within walking distance of the house are nice restaurants, Starbucks, a bakery, a liquor store and more.
We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc.
In addition, we offer full concierge services. You can order discounted attraction tickets, food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. We can set dinner reservations or tee times for you, and we can help you with planning any other activity or special request you may have.
