Place is furnished to the max including all dishes, pots, pans, glasses, Tupperware, blender, iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, and many more! Capacity: The Condo sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate up to 9 (has-1 queen, 1 double, and one pull out queen sized sleeper sofa). Please note--newly added---sleeper sofa has an additional quality 3 inch mattress pad topper to provide extra comfort! Plenty of room for an additional queen and twin air mattress (not provided). So, it sleeps 6 comfortably, and could sleep 9 people with the extra air mattresses you bring. Please note this is a condo, so if you all try to shower at the same time or close together, you will not have enough hot water! There is a 40 gallon water heater on site. Both bedrooms and showers are upstairs while the sleeper sofa is downstairs. Please email with any questions. We hope you will love our home as much as we have the past 8 years! Please read before inquiring: Responsible renters over the age of 25 only. Copy of Drivers license required. No kegs, loud parties, or pets allowed on premise. Maximum amount of people spending the night is 9. There is also no smoking allowed INSIDE this property. Violation of these items listed above will result in renters being removed and neither deposit or rental payment will be returned. PLEASE NOTE.....We are close friends with the neighbors and also live close to the unit, so we ask that you please follow these instructions. Please don’t put us in the position to have to remove you from premises. The condo association charges $25 for each time garbage is left outside the front door, to keep our neighborhood cleaner. So, please make sure all your trash makes it to the dumpster, as we don't want to have to take that out of your security deposit :(
Check in times may vary depending if someone else is moving out the day you move in, to allow for cleaning. We get you in there as soon as we can. Check out time is eleven.
Notice: Both bedrooms and showers are upstairs, so not really handicap accessible (sleeper sofa is downstairs)
There is no land line telephone available in this unit. All renters must use personal cellular device for communication.
There is ample parking (no pass needed) and we do not charge cleaning fees!
