2 Bedrooms / 2 Full Baths plus den with Queen pull out. Sleeps 4-6

Newly furnished and decorated house in 2011 featuring queen size pillow top mattresses with premium linens in both bedrooms, queen size pull out couch in den. Master bedroom features ensuite and walk-in closet.

Kitchen has all amenities at your disposal, from slow cooker to margarita glasses and everything in between.

42' flat screen and DVD located in the living room along with 32' TV in the den and 20' TV/DVD combo in the Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped laundry room.

Patio is covered with seating for 6 along with brand new gas BBQ. Back yard is newly landscaped.

Property features 2 car garage

Several golf courses nearby including Johnson Ranch, Las Colinas, and Apache Creek. .Restaurants, grocery stores, walmart supercentre, target supercentre, walgreens, shoppings malls , major banks and the YMCA are all close by. The Mesa-Gateway airport is conveniently located 20 minutes away.

Gale,George and Marc have a very well appointed home for rent. The property is as reported.
The owners were very accomodating and responded to our questions and needs immediately.
Would recommend this property for rental and if we were planning on being in that area again would try and rent this facility.
The welcoming gift was a pleasant surprise.
