The place was nice, but the location was inconvenient. We did not receive our deposit back and did not receive an explanation. I parked the rental car on the street and the car was towed, this added two $200 parking tickets plus two $35 processing fees from the rental car company to the trip ($470 total). Sherman did come over to help me find the car after it was towed. We forgot to return the parking pass, maybe this was why we did not get the deposit back. However, I never received a response to my email. This would be a good place for adults or families with high school kids who can handle the slightly long walk to the subway, not good for someone with a rental car or people with small kids. If you don't mind riding the bus, there is a stop on the corner. The property is located just on the edge of a nice section of town. If you walk one way, it quickly becomes much nicer and vice versa. Sherman was very nice and helpful, but returning the deposit would go a long way to detract the parking tickets:-(
