Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 4 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

This very well appointed townhome has one of the most beautiful views on the mountain. Out the front windows of the second floor living area one can see the ski area and the lovely drive up to the property. Out the back windows and from the back outdoor patio you can look out on the White National Forest. We often see wild game out there such as deer, elk, fox, bear, marmots, chipmunks, and bird life, especially humming birds. Some of the horse back and hiking/biking trails are out there also.

The front door and entry area is on the same level as the Master bedroom with a king bed and bath. There is also a closet with laundry on this floor. Up 1/2 floor are 2 bedrooms each with private baths. The bedding is king size in one and two twin beds in the other. Another 1/2 floor up is the living area. This level has a dining/game table looking out sliding doors to a balcony facing the ski slopes.

The stone and wood fire place is surrounded with very comfortable couches and a lounge chair. A large window area faces the ski slope. The main TV and the stereo are in this area as well. A collection of North American wild game mounts and western art makes for a truly western decor. Up another 1/2 floor is the kitchen and a large dining area that overlooks the living area. The dining table seats 10 and there are four barstools at the kitchen counter as well. The kitchen is very well outfitted and was remodeled recently with granite counters and wood and glass cabinets, and is decorated with a collection of Colorado wildflowers. There is also a 3/4 bath on this floor. From the dining area is the door to the outside patio, large windows looking out over the forest and an open railing overlooking the living room area, which allows you to view the slopes from here as well.

If you are in the need of some extra space, we have available a den that is 1/2 floor down from the entry level. It is a large room with a fold out couch and a entertainment center. It also has a full bath with a jetted tub.

A hot tub is just steps away from the front door providing a great after ski soak with gorgeous views of the slopes, or starry night.

The Beaver Creek resort area has a very nice complimentary shuttle service that picks up at the front door and can take you to any where you need to go in the resort and even to and from both the Bachelors Gulch and Arrowhead ski areas.

You can walk the short distance to a ski slope, take the shuttle to the nearest slope or take the shuttle to the main slope and village. All shuttles are complimentary and pick you up right at the front door. There is a back pathway behind the townhouse that allows you to ski directly home if you wish.

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely home. It was everything the property management promised.
The kitchen was well supplied with all the things needed to prepare meals. Everything clean!
The shuttle service was excellent as well. Yes, we would recommend this property to a friend
or relative.

I have stayed in this townohouse several times and have always enjoyed my vacation in Beaver Creek greatly!

This townhouse was very comfortable and beautifully decorated in Western style with art, bronzes and trophy heads. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kichen is spectacular with a breakfast bar and separate dining room.

This was something that I truly enjoyed every day: the views from both directions, watching skiers come down th mountain from the living room windows and looking for wildlife from the dining room.

I look forward to coming back to Beaver Creek again and will certainly stay in Aspen Meadows C-3 Townhouse again.

I have rented this townhome during two ski seasons and feel that it is a jewel in the rockies. Ample bedrooms with comfortable linens, private baths, and very stylish mountain chic interiors. Friends of mine who reside in Denver always ask if I will rent here again so they can come and stay with us. Who can blame them? The complimentary Village Transportation is a luxury as well as the ability to ski in and out of this unit. Thanks for letting me stay here!

We spent an amazing week here in January when our kids were little. The townhome was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and we felt very much at home. Location is ideal – close and convenient to anything you could want to see or visit in Beaver Creek or Vail. Now our kids are all grown up and we look forward to bringing the next generation out for a ski trip – as soon as our new granddaughter is old enough!

A dream vacation. Close to the slopes for a day of skiing, shuttle service at your front door to the village. Great places to eat, drink and be merry. This townhome is incredible with great views of the slopes out front and out back it is private and full of wild game. The home is beautiful and well maintained. Can't wait to go back.
