3 bdrm 2 full baths, sleeps 6, air mattress available.

Sunny upper unit with vaulted celings and ocean view from 2 decks. Cable TV with wireless internet connection. Master bed room has a 4 Poster California King bed, flat screen T.V. and DVD player, full size bath and private deck. Second bed room also has a California King, flat screen T.V. and shares a full bath with the 3rd bed room. 3rd bed room has 2 twin extra long beds. HIghchair and Play-n-Pak available. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen T.V. and DVD player in comfy living room. Bed linens, bath and beach towels provided. Washer and dryer, soap, fabric softener, games, books, DVD's, electronic docking, BBQ, beach chairs umbrellas, boogieboards, wetsuits and an icechest to take to the heated pool or beach just a short walk away. The beach is great for all ages and comes with a lifeguard during the summer months.

Go, See, Do: The location of the condo is very convenient to shopping and dining at Dana Point Harbor. If learning to surf is on your 'bucket list', consider one of the local surf camps. Laguna Beach is next door, the Mission San Juan Capistrano is just a few minutes away busting with history and the Amtrack train. For the kid in all of us, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, LegoLand and Seaworld just to name a few, are all less than 1 hr. drive away.

Great family get away!!!

We had the BEST time in Dana point and staying here made this perfect. The owners were wonderful and made us feel like we were at home! We have college age kids who had a great time at the pool and the beach!! The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed! We will stay here every chance we get! Thank you for making our trip so perfect.

This condo is perfect for a low key family beach vacation. Great space, nicely furnished and very close to a fantastic beach. Everything we needed was there. Shopping is close by and there is plenty of good eating alternatives in Dana Point when you don't feel like cooking. And whale watching from the bluff is free!

We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Well stocked, perfectly located condo

My family and I stayed for a week when we were in town for a wedding. The condo is conveniently located to Orange County and San Diego area attractions. We have two toddlers and an infant. The condo was well stocked with kid books, movies and other supplies. I appreciated that the condo had a number of supplies that you only use a couple times on hand (napkins, dish and laundry soap, etc.). The owners were very conscientious and went out of their way to checked in to ensure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. We would certainly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful!

What a lovely unit this was. The owners personalize your stay by adding age appropriate material, such as coloring books, reading books and movies. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a gift basket from Trader Joes, fresh fruit, and licorice treats for the kids. In the refrigerator, they were very thoughtful and had refreshments for both adults and the kids. This was really a pleasant surprise, as we could relax a bit before we made our our trip to the grocery market. They also had plenty of bath and beach towels, as well as pool/beach toys for the kids to use. The condo is located close to bike and walking trails, beautiful nature trails and easy walking distance from the beach. We also found a waveless marina beach nearby where we enjoyed taking our pre-school age grandchilldren. We all had such a nice time, we are planning to try to make this an annual family spring break vacation. It was really absolutely beautiful and has something nearby for all ages.

Great Vacation, Greate Home!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Owners were very nice and accommodating, even including some nice treats for us. The area was beautiful, and beach was very nice. We have 3 teenage girls, and a 2 year old boy, and the house was perfect for us. We will definitely go this route again vs a hotel room in the future. Thanks for a very enjoyable trip!
