Welcome to Tides at Tops'l #1203. Enjoy the dazzling clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico the moment you walk through the door! This beautiful condo has one of the best views along the Gulf with both the living room and master bedroom overlooking the beautiful water. Relax with a cup of coffee or an after dinner beverage on the large balcony directly overlooking the Gulf. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides fine furnishings and amenities galore! Each bedroom and the living room boast a TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. Wireless internet, washer, and dryer are also available in the condo.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the soft white powdery beach just steps away from the condo. Our beach was recently voted the #1 Best Beach in the nation by Southern Living magazine! Daily chair rentals are offered along the resort?s 600 ft. of private beach.

Relax by either of the two pools (one is even heated)!

The Tops?l Beach & Racquet Resort is one of the top 50 tennis resorts in America. The resort is a privately gated community, which offers special amenities such as Jacuzzi, sun deck, gas grills, putting green, and shuffleboard. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. This is a nice and clean condo with everything you need. Perfect view of the beach from living room and master bedroom. Located next to the Sandestin Resort with the famous Elephant Walk Restaurant. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. Will stay here again.

Perfect Family vacation!

This was our first time to Destin. The Tops'l resort was perfect for our family..beach, pool/hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, etc. The condo was absolutely wonderful!! Janet was a great condo owner, checking in and answering any and all questions we had. The condo itself and the view from the condo's balcony were as nice if not nicer than the pictures. Decorated beautifully. Sleeping with the balcony doors open with the crashing waves all night was incredible. The condo had everything you could possibly need- extra pillows and blankets, tons of towels, kitchenware, balcony tables and chairs and tons of hangers even:) Loved it and would recommend it to anyone going to Destin for a couples, girls or family vacation!!

My family & I had a great stay at the Tides #1203. The condo was very clean & spacious. The balcony had a great view of the pools & Gulf. The decor was very pleasing to the eye & the kitchen was fully stocked. The access to the beach & pools were very convenient. The Ocean Club Restaurant is a MUST try as well. The location is great. I definitely recommend this condo, & we will be returning again!!!

We wanted to thank you for the great accommodations! The condo was perfect and just as described especially for our family of five. We arrived to find the condo clean, cool and tastfully decorated. My husband and I enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach before our children woke up. We researched several condos in an effort to find one that was indeed totally overlooking the beach which this one was!! Our kids enjoyed going to Shipwrecked Island for the waterpark slides. We would certainly recommend your condo and appreciate the help from Kiley Beach Resorts!

My family voted unanimously this was the best vacation ever. The condo was roomy and well laid out. Everything looked sparkly clean. The view from the balcony amazing! Kicked back, relaxed and had a blast! We would recommend this spot to anyone wanting a carefree Florida experience.
