Stunning Oceanfront Developers Penthouse at Pueblo Bonito Rose

We were thrilled to find this unit on VRBO for our Spring Break 2013 vacation. This was our 5th trip to Cabo and our 2nd trip to the Rose. We are a family of four with 2 teenagers (boy-17, girl-15) and we shared the unit with another family of four (boy-17, girl-15).The size and layout of the unit couldn't have been better! It was so comfortable and spacious that even while entertaining friends, we never felt crowded. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit together or spread out and find quiet corners to read or nap. Four bathrooms proved invaluable having 4 teenagers in our group!! We didn't cook much, but did make a Costco and Walmart run for snacks, drinks and breakfast items. This worked out really great because unit is equipped with everything we needed.

Located on the 5th floor and oceanfront, there is without a doubt, no better location on Medano Beach. You can look down from the wrap-around patio and see the pool, the sea, the Arch and everything up and down the beach. It was a perfect location for our late afternoon cocktail hours! The view is amazing, day or night! The dipping pool on the patio was an added bonus! What a great way to wind-down and take in the sights and sounds of Cabo!!

I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to rent from Brian and Cheryl. They are incredibly friendly and so hospitable! They provide you with a wealth of information and helpful advice for navigating Cabo San Lucas and are truly invested in making sure your trip is everything you want it to be and more! We wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit from them again, and I highly recommend then to anyone looking for the ultimate Cabo vacation!

I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation.The location/views from the penthouse are unbelievable. We were 3 families with a total of 6 children and it was an ideal location for us. Medano beach, which is right where the elevator ends, has everything that ones wishes for. It is relaxing, and for the adventurer has many activities that are just a couple of steps away. Brian the owner, is a class apart, and provided us with a lot of valuable input that made the vacation a breeze

My now wife and I came here on October 17 and checked out the 22nd. The reason we rented this unit is we were getting married on the 20th in a private villa.

When we walked into the unit it was more than we expected, we had stayed at the Rose before so we knew exactly what were getting in terms of the hotel, ammenities and the service. This place was huge, and luxurious. Everything was exactly as described, it was spacious, oceanfront, and the balcony with a personal pool - I mean it was UNREAL.

The reason we wanted such a big unit, is because we knew that our friends would all want to come over and hang out after all the fun and festivities, and thats exactly what we did. If you need a place to party or just a lot of room in an awesome hotel with the best beach in Cabo this is the place for you.

Also the owner Brian could not have been an easier to communicate and work with, a really great guy. Thanks for everything and see you next time.
