From the 2nd & 3rd Floors you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful Emerald Coast Waters

On the private covered balconies you can enjoy the sights & tropical breezes right off the ocean.

St Tropez: Within St Tropez is the central oasis with a spacious 2,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool, over-sized hot tub, attractive bathhouse, tanning deck, and sparkling fountains draped in a lush tropical environment.

With weathered cobblestone streets and pathways throughout, the gated community provides a peaceful environment of “Old World” charm and elegance. Quality craftsmanship of the hand-stained stucco homes with custom tile roofs, trim and carefully appointed architectural features is evident in every structure. The grounds are generously adorned with an abundance of beautiful imported palms, exotic tropical bushes and flowering plants.

Location:

The home is located directly across the two lane beach road from the gated beach access.

Guests are in walking distance to Silver Sands Designer Factory Stores, one mile east of Sandestin Resort and Village at Baytowne Wharf and minutes from Destin Commons Mall and popular family attractions. It is a brief walk to several restaurants and four blocks from Winn-Dixie SuperMarket. Publix supermarket is one mile east.

It is a 5 minutes drive from premier golf courses and 15 minutes from Destin's HarborWalk Village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities.

One of the best places to stay in Miramar beach!

We had such a great vacation staying at this house. The location was a huge plus and the gated community gave us a sense of safety. We were within walking distance of everything (major shopping, eating, partying, beach, groceries, activities, etc.) which really helped us since we brought several teenagers with us and they only had one car car. They were able to walk most places while my husband and I were able to do our own sightseeing and tours. If there are any problems at all you can count on Jordan and Andrea to take care of it immediately! We were made to feel that our comfort and satisfaction were priority. We plan on staying again and bringing family with us next year. We had a wonderful experience here and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so very much Jordan and Andrea!!!

We had such a great vacation staying at this house. The location was a huge plus and the gated community gave us a sense of safety. We were within walking distance of everything (major shopping, eating, partying, beach, groceries, activities, etc.) which really helped us since we brought several teenagers with us and they only had one car car. They were able to walk most places while my husband and I were able to do our own sightseeing and tours. If there are any problems at all you can count on Jordan and Andrea to take care of it immediately! We were made to feel that our comfort and satisfaction were priority.

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Pet friendly, which is one of the reasons that we chose this rental. Convenient to many things, including a short walk to the beach.
Great views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies.
The agent that handled the rental was very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Since I was there for a month, that was very important.
Lots of steps might be a challenge for the very young and physically impaired.
This gated community is truly gorgeous!!!

Ocean view wasnt that great but the house overall was awesome! Next time well get a house overlooking the pool! Neighborhood was close to everything you needed overall a great place to stay with a big family will come back, hopefully soooner then later!
