Nice apt, great host!

Bar’s apartment is very nice and spacious, 20 min easy stroll to Jaffa Gate. Upon entering, you instantly recognize it from the advertisement pics on the website. There is everything you need inside the apt and outside- free parking, a big supermarket, a couple of small ones, parks, German Colony with its restaurants and lovely walks. There were a couple of areas for improvement, but I was more than willing to overlook them since the biggest attraction of this apt was the owner himself. Bar is everything you could wish for in the persona of a foreign apt owner. He understands his guests’ needs, he anticipates them, and he delivers. First of all, our initial communication was quick and easy, no nonsense with wire transfers to foreign accounts or deposits in foreign currency. We arrived at the apt late in the evening, Bar was there to meet us and to show around. We were pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful bowl of fresh fruits on the dining table, bottle of cold water in the fridge, cartoon of mils and some snacks. Bar offers a drive around the neighborhood to make future navigation around the major ‘points of interest’ look more familiar. It was very nice of him to arrange a sherut to the airport for our girls; he came to see them off and make sure everything was ok with their departure; that was very comforting for us, since we had to leave earlier. With the host like Bar we felt very comfortable and safe, knowing whatever questions or needs we had, he would definitely helped us. Thank you , Bar!
