Enjoy your vacation in this lovely contemporary home with open floor plan in New Seabury. This stunning, sunlit 3 bedroom home with double set of french doors opening onto large deck and patio offers wonderful gathering place for your whole family. Over 2,200 square feet of living space and a large finished basement, with games, pool table and TV for the whole family to enjoy.

There is so much for the whole family to do in this resort community. Take pleasure in a morning walk or bike ride, as we include 4 bikes and the trails start right behind our house. The Spit, the beautiful Popponessett beach is less than a mile (.9), also makes for a beautiful bike ride or walk. What's more, we are close to many public and private golf courses; less than 3 miles to Mashpee Commons, a large upscale grocery store, excellent shopping and wonderful restaurants. We are handy to the ferries for a day trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Islands.

Fall Weekend with Friends

My husband and I, along with two other couples, rented this home in early November 2011 for the weekend. The home is spacious and immaculate. The three bedrooms are quite large and the kitchen afforded more than enough room for everyone to cook together without getting in each other's way. Between the living/dining room, den, and downstairs (pool table), there were plenty of places for everyone to mingle or not. I imagine that the large outside deck is also a great place to hang out during the warmer weather. We were close to golf, the beach, restaurants, great walking/biking trails, and shopping at Mashpree Commons, so everyone was happy. It's a great house for several couples or a family.

Beautiful Vacation!!!

We've been vacationing in the same house on Cape Cod for the last 7yrs. This year we had to stay in a new home and this is the one we chose and I'm so excited we did. This home is absolutely wonderful!! It really is beautiful, spacious, bright, inviting, clean and decorated very nicely. It's also located in a beautiful area with great restaurants and shops nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better home to rent and the owners were so nice. When I met them I felt like I had known them for years. Anybody who rents this home for their vaction will truly enjoy it. This will be our vacation home for many years to come!!

This home was perfect for our family, We loved the open concept and the beautiful decor. It was clean and very well maintained. The location in New Seabury was perfect.We loved being in a home feeling so comfortable. This home had everything we needed and more to make our vacation pleasant. The owners were very helpful with any questions we may have during our stay. We will recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Cape and look forward to coming back again ourselves. We had such a wonderful relaxing weekend and felt so at home. I never expected a rental property to be so comforting. We loved the open floor plan, the hugh deck, the gardens, outdoor shower (although it was too cold to use it) and all the space and privacy your home affords. The beach was in walking distance and the restaurants you recommended were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Poppinesett Inn for dinner. Oh, and really appeciate the quality of the mattresses, so often rental properties have lousy beds, but we slept like babies. We definitely want to return for a longer visit in the not too distant future. Thank you!
