Ice machine and laundry facilities are located on the same floor. Elevators are just steps away from our unit. Location of our unit gets no better.
A sitting area to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable with custom furnishings focusing on a tropical theme and décor. There is a 42in plasma TV for your enjoyment. A customized closet helps you organize your personal items as well as many extra's you might need during your stay are readily available.
A redesigned plan enabled us to create a kitchenette. Now we offer a kitchen sink, cabinet’s & granite, large under counter refrigerator, full size microwave, Keurig coffee maker and large portable induction cook top. Crock pot, large electric griddle & toaster complete the kitchen area. Iron, ironing board, alarm clock with an AM/FM radio is also provided. For your outdoor pleasure we provide (2) back pack style Tommy Bahama sand chairs along with the umbrella.
The Sand Dunes is located in an exceptional location, ~Golden Mile.~ The Golden Mile is known for being secluded between private ocean front residential home communities, but located only 2 blocks from HWY 17 which will connect you to dozens of restaurants, golf courses, entertainment and shopping.
On site is Mango’s restaurant, a gift shop, pizza & ice cream parlor, game machines, sundries store, indoor pool & sauna, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, kiddie pool with water fall . A grass patio area has table and chairs for guests use.
Daily maid service is NOT provided for private rentals.
Kiddie water park is EXCLUDED
NO SMOKING is permitted in our unit or balcony.
Minimum Age Requirement is 24. Proof of age will be requested.
Linens and towels provided. Beach towels excluded.
