These luxury villas offer a high standard of accommodation These luxury villas are air-conditioned throughout and offer on the ground floor a large comfortable lounge and dinning area. The large open kitchen has a full range of modern appliances. On the first floor there is the master en-suite bedroom with private balcony which overlooks the pool area, a further double which also has a private balcony and also a twin bedroom, there is also a spacious family bathroom, on the second floor you will find a double and twin bedroom which share a wonderful terrace area, also there is additional full family bathroom. Villa with private pool available for a extra £75 per week. Assistance with flights, transfers and car hire if required. Transfer from Izmir airport = 45 minutes. Transfer from Bodrum airport 1hr 30 minutes.

The area is friendly and is kept clean and tidy, The relaxing feel and helpful and friendly local people make it the perfect resort for those who want to experience the real Turkey, providing simple authentic local life at low prices. There are many shops and restaurants which are only a few minutes walk from the villas. Silver Sands is a small quite area located south of Kusadasi that you pass on the way to the National Park it is ideal not only for lively days by the sea but it also has many peaceful decerted streaches of sand perfect for relaxing, you can spend leisurely days with friendly local people who reflect the warm climate of Mediterranean on their characters.

Notes: Set within a beatiful complex of just ten villas. Each villa has patio doors that lead onto an huge covered terrace area where beyond flowers and shrubs add colour to the spacious areas which surround a wonderful large pool, there is also a seperate shallow childrens pool. The villas are all equpiped with sunbeds and patio furniture and boasts a host of luxury features to ensure your stay is both a pleasant one and indeed a comfortable one. The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike it is less than ten minutes walk to the wonderful beach of Silver Sands on the way you will pass many small restuarants, shops and colourful garden areas. Property management will ensure that all bed linen and towels are changed weekly and the property is thoroughly cleaned at each change over. Cots and high chairs are available please request them at the time of booking.

Further details for this vacation rental in Aydin, Turkey

The villa was very modern and spacious with everything you needed e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer etc etc. Pool was very clean. Big verandas at both the front and back of the villa, plus balconies on all floors. Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers. Locals were very friendly and helpful. Silver Sands beach was quite near for restaurants and has a lovely beach. Nearest big town was Kusadasi easily reached by Dolmus but if eating out restaurants would collect you and take you home for free only took 15 minutes to get there. In all an excellent property and a great holiday was had by everyone. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

+ really good house with excellent furniture and terraces
+ very friendly owners
- good pool, not always clean (poor pool-service, sometimes water not clear with waterbugs, sometimes so much chemicals you can't use it, no shower directly at the pool)
- beach farer away as advertised (ca. 500m), beach clean but water not always clear, better beaches in Dilek-National-Park ca. 15 km away)
