Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the beach with spectacular sea views

This beautiful first floor apartment is ideally situated right on the beach in Alcudia, overlooking the marina and has two communal swimming pools too! You are 200 metres away from the centre of the pedestrianised port-area with a vast range of bars, restaurants and wonderful shops to suit everybody. The apartment has a living room with dining area and the patio doors open out onto the balcony with spectacular views. The balcony has a table and chairs if you want to eat alfresco or have a drink whilst overlooking the Alcudia marina with its beautiful yachts. There is a separate kitchen with modern appliances and two bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. This apartment has English and German satellite tv and you can get BBC1, 2 and ITV etc.

You could not find a better location for a beach holiday than this apartment. Not only is the apartment literally ON the beach but it has wonderful views of the marina together with the benefit of two communal swimming pools. The apartment is 200 metres from the Port of Alcudia with all its attractions and full range of amenities. A car is not necessary as there are a constant flow of buses and taxis waiting to take you anywhere on the island, however there are some wonderful places easily accessible on foot, especially the beautiful, walled, old town of Alcudia with it's twice weekly market - not to be missed.

Notes: As this property is on the first floor there is a staircase going up to it. There is a lift which makes it suitable for elderly or infirm though there are a few steps up to the hallway for access to the lift..

We found the appartment was in an ideal location for families, On top of the beach with refresheshments next door what more could you want. Huge choice of restaurants nearby sll catering for kids. Beach couldn't be safer. Great accomodation we have three kids who all slept comfortably. Love to go back one day!

Good apartment with wonderful balcony

We were very content - it is not so luxury but absolut ok. More important than bigger pans and more table-ware are the best position near the beach and the port and the wonderful view from the balcony. Lesley who cares for the apartement is very nice and ready to help.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car
