Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 6)

Our luxury 3 bedroom villa sleeps up to 8 people, and is located on Creekside community, in Kissimmee, opposite 'Give Kids the World'. It is less than 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney World and 20-25 minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Our villa has its own private screened, south facing heated pool complete with patio furniture. Our New Vacation Home is fully air conditioned and consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has one king size bed with an en-suite bathroom, complete with safe and walk in closet, in the second has one king size bed, and the third bedroom has twin single beds, all linens and towels are provided. The second bathroom comprises a single sink, separate WC and combined bath/shower.

Our large living/dining room is fully furnished, complete with TV, DVD, and FREE INTERNET access point.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with adjacent breakfast area, we also have a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

We have a local based manager who is experienced and friendly and maintains the villa to the highest standard and will take care of any queries you may have during your vacation in Florida.

Creekside is a very small community and is within walking distance of Wal-Mart and very close to all the attractions along the 192.

GREAT VILLA AND FAMILY VACATION!!!!!

My Husband, Son and Mother stayed here and loved it! We went to Disney and Universal, it was so wonderful to be able to go back to the Villa after a long day of walking and take a relaxing swim in the heated pool. The parks were close as well as shopping and restaurants. This Villa was spacious enough for our family and more. We were very pleasantly surprised too see there was also a pool table and ping pong table in the garage, my son and husband spent some time in there! We had a great experience/holiday and will be back again very soon.

A very well equipped comfortable villa - spotlessly clean and well located. Excellent south facing pool which allowed us to relax in the sun after a hard day.s golf! Easy access to internet via wi-fi facility with lots to entertain adults and youngsters. Minutes from main highway through Kissimmee allowing easy access to all attractions shopping malls/outlets etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!

Amazing Vacation!

My husband and I stayed here for our two year wedding anniversary for about 7 nights. We went to all of the Disney parks as well as Universal. It was so nice to be able to go back to the villa after a long day and have a home base and not just a hotel room. It is only about a 15min drive to anything near Disney. Although it was just the two of us this villa is big enough for a family of 6 to be very comfortable. We truly enjoyed the heated pool and were very suprised that there was also a pool table and air hockey table in the garage. I think this experiance has so far been one of the best we have ever had.

My wife, daughter (6yrs), mother, and mother-in-law stayed at this home in February 2011 for a week. The house and location was perfect for our needs. Beautiful home... gorgeous master w/ensuite. The home has all appliances and accessories you'll ever need, BBQ, nice sized screened south facing and warm pool, 2-minutes to the "strip" (forget the name of the street) with Walmart, groceries, alcohol, shopping, restaurants, etc... 10-15min from all amusement parks. Made a day trip to Fort Desota Beach(beautiful) in St. Pete's area... only 1.5hrs away. When I return to the Orlando area I will be staying in this home. The home really made our trip PERFECT!!! Not a single complaint. Thank you Sue and Elisabeth...

Our stay here was fantastic! The features of the house were exactly as described on the website. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evening after spending long and busy days at all the nearby attractions. We loved that the house was close to everything that we wanted to see, and also close to the nearby WalMart for grocery shopping. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others as well.
