About Owner Kimberly Giordano

I purchased just as the 2011 season was starting. Due to laws i could not do renovations until 2012. At that time I did large major things such as New Air conditioners and moved them off small deck for less noise. I also built and oversized beach deck that is unique to most other places. alon with fresh bedspreads, new linens. Things to make the house clean and beach ready.

This year 2013 my attention is on the inside adding more appliances, decorating just updating for beauty. Please review ALL reviews. Of the 26 that I have right now 3 are not rated and out of the 21 that are rated we have been rated 4 and 5 stars. Homeaway has a listed as 5 stars. I had one tenant that was mad that I could not extend her departure time because I had a renter come in and she happens to be the last person to post a review. She was angry at me. The talks about holes. We had one hole by the beach door that had just happened along with a guest room closet we had just had a leak in that we were airing out to prevent mold from ever happening. These items I could not have repaired before her visit and she was aware of them before she checked in. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have about our house. This is a dream home for me. I have dreamed about it since I was 8 years old. I take pride in it and I want to share it with others so they can make fabulous memories here.

Rare they do not build them on the beach this close to the water anymore. Out house is not the typical narrow place that most are.

We have super wide rooms with mutiple large floors to ceiling windows that look out at our deck, beach and water. This is a hassle free holiday. Think of walking out to your backyard. The beach is our private backyerd. We own from wall to wall of our house all the way down to the water. If you are out on the beach and you have forgotten something it isn't a big deal to walk in and get it or go to the bathroom because you are just a few steps into the house. At beach level we have a second kitchen with a full size fridg, sink and dishwasher...makes it easy for beach food and drinks and after eating dinners and lunches out on the deck or beach the dishwasher is right for you to load. No need to lugg up to kitchen level. I have tried to make this the most relaxing beach vacation anyone could have.

Also if you want a little people population just walk the beach to the end of our complex, Capt Daves has happy hour, Pampano Joe's had Volleyball, a beach bar , happy hour, The Crab Trap has a beach bar, a beach playground etc... shopping and entertainment is within 2 miles...so come relax and play on the powedery white sand and the beautiful emerald waters of our Beach House. What makes this townhome unique

Hard to find home is built directly on the sand/beach.

No lugging beach chairs and toys back and forth or having to cross a street. lean your chairs for the night on the sand fence at your beachdeck..

Wide open rooms with floor to ceiling windows for room for everyone.

Two kitchens, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths.

The views from every floor are tremendous. being directly on the beach and stepping off your deck onto the sand cannot be easier.

Beach front Destin property. Step off your deck and onto the sand your private beach located on the Gulf. Panhandle of Florida. This beautiful super spacious townhouse sits on the beach - the beach is your backyard. It is walking distance from Captain Dave's for happy hour or dinner and 1/2 mile to the Crab Trap (makes for a great walk along the beach!) and .08 mile to Pompano Joe's....

Silver Sands outlets and wonderful outdoor mall with all your favorites are within 2 miles. Activities for the kids go carts, water park, and other rides and fun are within 5 miles of townhome..

many places to dine, Fudpucker's to Ruth Chris to more family owned places. I would be happy to recommend something for you.

For those who want to relax and sit in the oversized living room and watch the dolphins go by and the kids playing on the beach..or step off your deck and under your umbrella for a beach nap..or in the evening set up a sit down dinner on the beach dress up and put your feet in the sand..or have a family reunion/beach party etc...

want to fish we are few short miles to a charter.

Other Activities: movies, major shopping, outlet shopping, dining, amusements, deep sea fishing, snorkling, dolphin watching, dinner cruises, beach front bars and dinning, bicycling, roller blading, surfing etc.

Notes: This is unique to Destin. Most vacation rentals are beach front but across a street from the beach. We are the rare built ON the beach homes. Our house we own from wall to wall of our house right doen to the water. It is YOUR beach when you stay here. Private and hassle free. Not far from fun if you walk down beach less then two building down you will find Captain Daves, 1/2 mile down beach is The Crab Trap, and 8/10th's of a mile downthe beach is Pampano Joe's. Across the street 2/10th of mile is kenny's D's..I love his Mufalletta's to go for lunch. Yum. Pampano's had volleyball. The Crab Trap has a children's beach playground. Both places have beach bars. Within 3.5 miles are fun night activities for the kids, go carts, water park, rides.. we have outlet shopping 2 miles away along with The Commons upscale shopping..Guess Bebe Hard Rock Cafe..Lots of dining and shopping within 1-2 miles of house. ALso movies, billiards. An aquarium is within 10 miles. sea doo etc rent on beach.

I knew I was in heaven From the minute I stepped into the front door of the foyer (with the personal greeting waiting for our family) and out onto the deck and into the sugar white sand.
We had many storms during our visit and we sat in the living room with clear view of the beach. Kimberly's design of her deck allows full view of the beach from the living room level.
The bottom deck is almost fully open to the sun. You might consider bringing a canopy for this if you have children that will be playing there for long periods of time. This was well worth it to have the view of the ocean from the living room instead of having a LR deck.
I LOVED the furniture the master deck has on it. It was very comfortable.
The townhouse was clean and as described. Lets just say there were no negatives with our stay :)
We hope to stay again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Paradise!

A Fabulous Vacation in a Wonderful Home Away From Home! This condo is amazing! The windows in the livingroom and the incredible deck are reason enough to come back! We basked in ocean views and enjoyed meals on the expansive deck. You literally step of the deck onto the sand! There was more than enough bedrooms for our party and the kitchenette area downstairs was a lifesaver for trips back and forth from the beach. The place is comfortable and inviting in every way, very clean and the property owner provided genuine hospitality. We were close to restaurants and great shopping - which I think we enjoyed some of both everyday :) !The beds were comfortable and the furnishings created the perfect gathering spots. We would love to come back to create more memories!

A slice of Paradise!!

What a beautiful home and location of your condo!! It was so easy to get to and we had such a fabulous time. It was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. I could not believe we could walk the beach to get to Happy Hour!! The deck was the perfect place for coffee and dinner for our group. You thought of everything for your guests as we had beach chairs for all!
Your home was very clean and cozy. We loved the downstairs area as it was so easy to get to the beach!! Your follow up call to make sure everything was what we expected was so appreciated. We look forward to referring your home to our friends and will return soon.

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Everything about this beach house is terrific. It was so relaxing and comfortable. I felt like I had my own private, secluded beach but was 7 minutes from all the shopping I desired. The Miramar Beach area is a fabulous place for families as well. There are sidewalks for miles, so it is perfect for walking, running or riding bikes! The house is steps from the crystal clear ocean and sugar white sand. I loved the enormous new deck where we had meals daily. Almost every room in the house has a spectacular view of the beach and the master bedroom also has it's own private deck where I enjoyed my coffee from the in room coffee maker. There were many details that have been considered to have a very enjoyable experience. I was very pleased with our choice and look forward to going back. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation Full of Memories!!

I have stayed at this beach house multiple times now and will not pick a different location in Destin. I try to make it down to this wonderful getaway at least twice a year. Sun shining or rainy weather it is always a fantastic vacation. Its location being so close to numerous restaurants and shopping locations does not allow for everything to be done in just a short week. Even with the wonderful attractions around it, the main attraction is the beautiful blue gulf ocean just a few short steps in the powdery white sand away from the spacious back deck. Every year I notice that the owners have upgraded many things about the house (tv's, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, decor, etc). It is always a nice surprise even though the house has been gorgeous since our first stay. I have found that even if your trip consists of a few rainy days, there is something at this house that can still make fond memories you will never forget with the people who share that space with you. Whether going with a big group of friends, or just taking couples down, you find yourself in a pure natural zen. The website that you have found this home on is a true description of this home. It is our "HomeAway" from home.
