Affinity is a privately-owned, family-oriented cottage in the Gulfside Cottages development. The location is excellent. The beach, rated #1 by USA Today, is a short stroll through the community on sidewalks with white picket fences and a boardwalk. There are NO major roads to cross. The community pool is one cottage plus mailbox area from the cottage. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, grocery stores, drug stores, banks, ice cream shops, and restaurants are in close proximity. Other features include: Wireless Internet, Dog Friendly, Outside Shower, Gas Grill, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Laundry Facilities, and Covered Parking under the carport.
The cottage is a cozy, two-story, single-family dwelling furnished with comfort in mind. The main living area is downstairs while the comfortable bedrooms, including the sleeping porch off the master bedroom, are upstairs.
When you enter the cottage, you feel welcome and at your home away from home. The following are found on the first floor level: front and back entrance to cottage, washer and dryer room, kitchen, counter area with three stools, eating area with table and six chairs, a half bath, and the living area with two recliners, a sofa bed, and a television with VCR and DVD player.
The two bedrooms are upstairs, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and television. There is a queen-size bed in the front bedroom, and this bedroom has access to an outside porch. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an adjoining, enclosed sleeping porch (2 twin Murphy beds).
The cottage is perfect for families. The cottage has three porches for pure relaxation, and there's parking in the front plus a covered carport. Individuals must be 25 years or older. Prefer families. No Smoking. Your family dog is welcome for an additional $100 per dog, and your dog needs to be on a flea/tick program, beyond the chewing stage, and house broken.

Four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler on wheels are provided to ease your packing cares. There's a gas grill under the carport for cooking your family favorites. All of the comforts of home are provided for your ideal family vacation.
