This beautifully remodeled (07/27/2011) Penthouse condo, is a one bedroom property which sleep a maximum of 4. The bedroom is large with a king size bed. It has a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glass top stove/oven and microwave. The bathroom has a tiled walk in shower. The balcony is ideal for viewing magnificent sunsets. There are three buildings on our private ten acre property. Our condo is in the center building and exits directly to the heated swimming pool and beach. On the property we have four clay tennis court, BBQ gills and lots of parking. The trolley stop is at the end of our driveway and will take you up and down the entire island. Across from the condo is Sanitini Mall for all your shopping needs. There are also many wonderful restaurants, marina and public golf course across the street.

Other Attractions: To the south is Lovers Key State Park which remains in a natural Florida environment featuring natural beaches, tropical foliage and many colorful birds of the area. It is a wonderful place to spend the day and end with a beautiful sunset.

On the north end of the island you will find many wonderful restaurants, boutiques, Fort Myers Beach Pier and miles of beach. The island nightlife is abundant in the area with several street performers in the square. It is truly an island paradise.

If you enjoy cruising and gambling the 'Big M' is the place to be. It goes out of of Fort Myers Beach into the Gulf of Mexico twice a day. Each cruise provides entertainment and also has an excellent buffet. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are just a short drive away.

Balcony: Our private balcony is the perfect place to get away from everything. It has a wonderful ocean view and you can even see the island of Sanibel. It is a perfect spot for sunbathing or even to enjoy some drinks while soaking up the atmosphere of the Gulf of Mexico.

Lovers Key State Park is a wonderful place to spend the day. You will be able to view Florida's natural beauty in an enviornment that remains in its natural state. The beaches are sandy and full of seashells. You will see fish, tropical plants and birds natural to Florida.

Kayaks are available for rent at one of the parks facilities

Bait and other fishing items are also available in their general store.

Restaurants

Mantanza Inn - A great place to sit and view the back bay area by the bridge. One can view the shrimp boats coming in with their catch.

Anthonys on the Beach - A great place to watch the sunset while dinning.

The Beached Whale - Enjoy eating on the rooftop as well as inside. Bands play on weekends.

Junkanoos - Great place for pizza. Also located on the beach.

Heavenly Biscuit - Great place for breakfast. They are noted for their cinnamon rolls and breakfast biscuits.

South Beach - Located in Santini Mall.

We could not be happier with our experience at this condo. The owners were so accommodating and generous to us. The unit was stocked with linens and other kitchen supplies beyond what we expected. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautiful. Beach chairs, umbrella, and small cooler bag were all supplied as well. The process of booking and arrival was simple. The sunsets are fantastic and the beach was very open without crowds or noise. We frequented the CVS across the street for snacks or toiletries and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. It was a fantastic vacation and we will definitely come back here and recommend any friends as well. Thanks to the awesome owners!

PERFECT Condo!

My husband and I have been to this condo for the past 2 years and have ABSOLUTELY loved it!! It is perfect for the 2 of us (but does have a pullout couch if needed for others) and beautifully decorated. We have taken the trolly ride from just outside the condo entrance into Times Square for the shopping and nightlife and have also just hung around the condo, neighborhood and enjoyed the quiet beach and nearby restaurants/nighlife. There are so many things you can do within walking distance or a short car ride that you have to keep coming back for another stay. The owners are wonderful, and although we have not needed anything during our stays (as everything but our clothes and food are provided); they make sure that we know we can call if we need them. The shells and wildlife that can be found on this area of the beach are like no other I have ever seen/found anywhere along the gulf coast! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay...........see you next year!!
