2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4-5 max.

The ‘Oleada beach house’ is situated 8kms north of San Juan del Sur, in the ‘jungle’ right behind the beach. The location of the house enables you to enjoy the wildlife and the ocean.

The Oleada Beach House is centrally located and close to various beaches (Marsella, Maderas and Majagual), San Juan Del Sur and the great surf of Playa Maderas,. You can check the surf from your terrace and just walk down to the beach!

Rivas is 20 min, Granada 1 hr and 15 min and Managua is 2 hrs away. Other great surfing beaches are reachable within 30-45 min (north and south).

The house has a very modern, yet cozy feel and the floor plan of the house is spacious, open and comfortable for enjoying the limited time one spends indoors in the tropics. The house consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room, kitchen and both bedrooms have sliding doors opening to the terrace which seamlessly extend the indoors out.

The bedrooms have each 2 twin beds or a King.

The house is 100m from the Buena Vista Surf Club, a design eco surf lodge. It is possible to have dinner here upon reservation. Other places to have drinks & meals are closeby.

Surf lessons, Surf board rental, Tours, Taxi Services, Trips to other Beaches can be organized.

The house is located behind the beach on a small hill, overlooking the Surf of Playa Maderas. At the beach there are several places to eat and drink. From the beach there's a shuttle leaving to town 3x per day.

Best deal on the beach. The owners are terrific. Maid service everyday. What more can I say. Oh ya, the sunsets are spectacular!!!
