Close to shopping, Montecito, tennis, beach and zoo. Master bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a King. Wireless DSL.

This cute little house had just about all of the necessary amenities anyone could want from a vacation home. Stayed with a few girlfriends for the weekend (Friday-Sunday) and had a really great time!

Pros
+ Location to city hot spots (State Street, beach, etc.)
+ Sleeps 4-5
+ Suitable for a family
+ Fully functional kitchen (spices & cooking/baking supplies included!)
+ Incredible surround sound entertainment in living room
+ Clean bathroom
+ Private and secure
+ Environmentally friendly home
+ Beach & other recreational equipment provided
+ Friendly & helpful owners

Cons
- No jacuzzi
- A little pricey for the size
- Bedrooms are small (especially 2nd bedroom with 2 twins)

Overall, you'd be a fool to not stay at this property if you're planning a trip to Santa Barbara.

This home was perfect for our 3 night weekend in Santa Barbara. Plenty big enough for the 5 of us- 4 adults and a 3 year old. Everything there that we needed and easy to get to all the tourist sites. Weather was perfect and the deck is awesome! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Our family enjoyed a quiet vacation here in this lovely setting and nicely decorated cottage. It is close to everything that Montecito and Santa Barbara has to offer, in a peaceful neighborhood. Very comfortable, casual, easy going. Owners were helpful and responsive to questions. We plan to return and recommend it to anyone looking for a low-key and affordable time.

Wonderful sunny home with great grounds. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything one needs to enjoy a home while away from home.

It's close to beach, zoo, golf and just about everything for fun activities.

Cliff and Gretchen, you have created a home away from home for the lucky guests who have had the honor of staying here and enjoying such a comfortable house! Thank you for all the special touches and attention to detail that we have noticed and experienced each year of our stay. Our hope is to come back again next year and enjoy your wonderful home with our grandchildren. They love to come to the house to play on the playset, an added bonus for all.
