This richly updated 1-bedroom unit sleeps six and offers a luxurious and relaxing beach getaway--at a great price! Pelican Isle 302 offers a stunning third-floor beach view and LOTS of new features, including new maple kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress in the master suite, a queen sleeper sofa and corresponding chair in the living room, 4 new HDTV's including one each mounted on the 'media bunks', 2 DVD players, and all new paint and decor.

Beach Amenities: No Hidden Surprises!! Your stay includes two complimentary beach chairs & an umbrella provided by a professional service--a MUST for a relaxing stay at the beach. There's no better way to enjoy lounging in the sun and viewing the surf. (Seasonal service available daily March through October.)

Dolphin Cruise--INCLUDED!: Enjoy a relaxing, educational tour of the bottlenose dolphin aboard the 'Southern Star'. Destin's original dolphin cruise features a narrated two-hour cruise in and around the waters of Destin. On board you will participate in a narrated search for the bottlenose dolphin, bird feeding and listening to Island music. The boat is air-conditioned and has a snack bar, gifts and restrooms. One free ticket daily for a ride on the Southern Star. (Additional fares receive a discounted rate. All reservations are subject to availability and must be made no more than 48 hours in advance. Subject to weather and seasonal schedule)

FREE Golf Passes!: One free round of golf, including 1/2 the cart fee, for one person at Shalimar Pointe Golf course for each paid night stay. Guests will be allowed tee times based on availability, on a first come first served basis. One tee time may be made prior to arrival up to 48 hours in advance and one per day after arrival. (RESTRICTIONS: This program excludes monthly, long term rentals. No rain checks provided for amenity guests. Other accompanying guests must pay the full price. LOCATION: Shalimar Pointe is located at 302 Country Club Road in Shalimar.)

Our family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo! Everything felt like home with a special vacation touch. The view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular. From the hot tub to the beach, our family relaxed for our stay. If only it could have been a touch warmer (it was unseasonably cool this Spring Break), we could have enjoyed the ocean more, but it was still an amazing trip.
