This is a beautiful tropical oceanview Condo. From our spacious balconies, you can watch the beach, and spectacular sunsets. This comfortable property have air-conditioning, Cable TV, Internet, DVD, laundry with washer and dryer, the kitchen is fully equiped.

It is in the second floor and have two elevators, mini gym and more.

The Rincon Beach y across the street. If you are looking for something to do other than surf, try scuba diving, sailing, deep sea fishing, shopping, movies and many more activities within minutes of the apartment.

Also you have restaurants at walking distance. The property is gated, with full security with parking for two vehicles.

Spring Break from Pennsylvania

We went to Puerto Rico for our kids spring break. This place was perfect for our needs. Two spacious rooms: one for the kids, one for the parents. The apartment looks like exactly like the pictures. Clean and with all the commodities. The pool was a plus. After a long day at the beach, the kids still wanted to be in the water.
Minus points: The internet in the apartment is very spotty and not as fast as one may be used to.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great location!

This condo is in a wonderful location, just across from the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and the town square. The unit was clean and had a nice balcony, a/c worked well but really didn't need it with the sea breezes. The furnishings were fine, not fancy, but included all that you need. The owner provides beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella which was great. We had a small problem with the hot water and the owner quickly responded. If you are looking for location and don't need fancy I totally recommend this rental.

Relaxing stay right across from the beach

We stayed at the Costa Ensenada for six days from Feb. 25 to Mar. 3. The pictures accurately depict this lovely condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The complex is right across the street from the main public beach in Rincon and within easy walking/driving distance to lots of activities such as snorkeling or walking around downtown. The owner was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay on the relaxing and more laid-back west coast of Puerto Rico.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Spacious, Comfortable and relaxing

Stayed in Costa Ensenada and everything went smoothly and delightful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen spacious and the location excellent. Walking distance from the beach and a short drive to many of the restaurants, shops and bars from Rincon. The pool is excellent for small kids.
