This 100sq.m single house is located in the heart of a small Franc-Comtois village ( 500m high), ideal to rest and relax with all mod cons.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen with bar opening onto a large living area, a bedroom, a toilet and terrace.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Private parking and car parks

The house is located in the heart of the department between Besancon, Montbeliard and Pontarlier.

You can visit the Citadelle, the Peugeot Museum, the Courbet Museum and the comtoise style houses You are 5 minutes away from the Belvoir Castle, 5 km away from the Lodge Stables 'La Montnoirotte' and close to Switzerland and many rivers such as the Cusancin, the Loue and the Dessoubre.

There is a children Play Park at Accolans.
