This beautiful one bedroom condo in Playa del Carmen offers a perfect getaway.. It is part of a small complex with excellent location in Playa del Carmen. If you are looking for a private place, away from the crowds and large apartment complexes that make you feel crammed, this is the place for you, authentic and relaxed. The beach is only 100 feet or 3 minutes walking from the apartments, and you'll have a choice of great beach clubs a few minutes walking: Zenzi, Fusion, 60's style, only 5 m walking, very relaxed, great fun at night; Mamitas, the trendiest, lounge music, beautiful beach, only 10 m walking-lounge chairs and shades for about $6.00 US per person, per day. The 5th avenue, super fun pedestrian street is also 3 minutes walking, and here you'll find all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping, famous nightlife. Groceries are just round the corner. Wal-Mart is only 10 m walking. Our manager will be very happy to advice on wonderful day trips and the best places to dine out.

The apartment is fresh and comfortable. On ground floor, completely private no need to climb stairs! After a sunny day at the beach come back to the freshness and privacy of your own home. Relax on the hammock or lounge in the hot tub with your favorite drink. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed, good storage space and a safe to keep your valuables. The condo has a is a full ensuite bathroom (oragnic amenities and hair dryer included).

The living room is is spacious with two large sofas; the eating area is set for 2, up to 4 persons and the full kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook a meal, make delicious coffee in the morning or fix a quick snack for the children.

The apartment has air conditioned and fans in the bedroom and living area. It also has free wireless internet access in the lobby area, and cable TV in the room.The private terrace is the perfect spot to read, have a siesta on the hammock, soak in the hot tub. The beautiful little garden adds freshness with its tropical plants and trees. This condo is pet friendly (restrictions may apply).

We provide daily maid service so no need to worry about cleaning, a maid will keep your place tidy and bring fresh towels and linens for you. She'll also replace organic bath amenities especially made for us in Yucatan.

We can arrange for massage or skin treatment in your private terrace, as well as a special dinner for 2 either on your terrace or on the rooftop solarium with ocean view. It is a perfect spot to propose or celebrate something special.

My husband and I run this little family business. We love Playa del Carmen and Mexico and we enjoy sharing it with all who come to visit. We have a wonderful manager at the property who is always happy to help and knows the region by heart. He sepaks fluent english, spanish and italian, and has a heart of gold.

I love walking and I think it s great to wonder around and know places that you would certainly miss by car! This condo is great for peaople with small children beacuse you can come and go with a stroller, the beach is so near, groceries, it real is very comfortabla.

A home away from home in Playa

This was our 2nd time staying at The Blue Pearl Suites in unit #3 and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The manager Julio is always very welcoming and hospitable and the housekeeping staff are very efficient and always kept our room stocked with everything we could need. Our condo was always very clean. This is not the place to stay if you require the amenities of a large resort 24/7, restaurants/bars, large pool areas,etc. The hotel does offer some amenities for your convenience but the manager is usually off duty around 5pm. The hotel is in a great location on 1st Ave. Just around the corner, you're right in the heart of Playa, and across the street you're on the beach. Unit #3 is on the back of the hotel, so it faces the vegetation that conceals another property and is very quiet. The rooms on the front could have some noise during the very busy season as some bars/clubs are about 1/2 block away. The rooftop sundeck with the pool was very enjoyable as we were the only ones using it, a nice change from the beach but still with a great view. The "pool" is only a few feet deep (came up to my thighs) and is mainly for hopping in to cool off. We definitely would return and recommend this hotel. My only "complaint" was the lighting in the bathroom is a little dim for applying makeup (the ceilings are kind of high, so the light is not near the mirror) this won't be a problem for everyone, so if you're a makeup gal like me, just take a lighted travel mirror!

Estivemos em Playa para o reveillon! Playa Del Carmem é simplesmente encantadora! Com seus restaurantes aconchegantes, bares e boates para todos os gostos, a diversão é garantida! Este apart/hotel foi a escolha perfeita, pois estávamos extremamente bem localizados. Na rua das melhores boates e um bloco acima estava a famosa 5th avenue! A praia fica a cerca de 70 metros da propriedade! O Julio, o dono, foi super simpático e solicito o tempo inteiro! Alias, simpatia é algo que o mexicano tem de sobra!!! O apartamento estava extremamente limpo todos os dias! Muito amplo e confortável! Amei minha experiência e voltarei sempre que der!!!

Love this place

Just returned from the Blue Pearl Suites and really enjoyed the place. It is very tucked away so my advice is to write down the physical address ( at the top of the page) and have it with you. Our driver followed the address and found it no problem! We were in suite 3 so we faced the interior of the building, loved the balcony and the privacy it had. The noise didn't seem to bother us, just turned the air conditioner on low to drown it out. The location was perfect!! Never took a taxi once, no need to. Walmart was about 5 blocks away as well as the Mega grocery store, which had far better meat and fresh produce than Walmart! Beach clubs are close, you do have to eat and drink there to have a chair for free. We sat at Wickey's a lot but it does get expensive. Just picked up some coolers and enjoyed spending the time at the rooftop pool,comfy chairs and a nice breeze up there. There is a little bar right downstairs that caters to the French Canadians especially on Habs hockey game nights. If you are a light sleeper and you are facing the outside of the building maybe this is not the place for you, but if you can handle a little noise and the perfect location then try the Blue Pearl suites, you will love it!!
