WALK TO BEACH-N-BAY! FREE BIKES, CHAIRS, PARKING SPACE

I stayed in the Beach Bum Studio for 5 nights during my spring break.
Upon getting to the building, we were kind of confused to where it was. I called Nate and he was very helpful and we were in no time!
This place is just so cute! It had more than we needed for cooking, many utensils and sets, it's very helpful. There were also enough paper products, towels, soap, trash liners, and even coffee and tea.
The unit was very clean. The only time when there was not enough space was when the bed was down, but that's easily fixed by putting the bed away when not in use. :)
It is in a PERFECT location! There is a Trader Joe's just blocks away, bus stops around every corner, and two beaches just a few steps away!
The ocean was my favourite place to go, and it was very easy to get there with the complimentary bikes!
I would recommend staying at this property! I LOVED it.
There were a couple little things that could be improved:
A house number for the unit, the right-side leg on the bed springs back up (doesn't lower with the bed,) our assigned bikes were a bit old and the baskets were held on with tape, and the bathroom sink cold handle is loose and leaks if closed all the way. That's just minor stuff, and it's not all that big of a deal. ;)

All in all, I really hope to be back! I plan on moving to the area, and kind of wish I could live here! It would be perfect for a single person, if a stove/oven were added. :)
